I stayed just one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Checkin was smooth and when I wanted to arrange to forward a bag, this was set up in minutes.
Breakfast was varied and good.
The station is across the road, useful not only for catching a train, but also for any quick shopping.
Quiet rooms, very nice breakfast selections, close to Kyoto Station and transportation within the city it also has a nice selection of restaurants and shopping

Well located, Decent price, Clean Room, Great breakfast, Friendly Staff, Only issue was the uncomfortable sagging mattresses in my room. They need to be replaced.
Next to train station and many stoes and restaurants. Mall is 5 minutos
We were provided a room on 9th floor and in the corridor was smelling badly with all the garbage. Seems they did not care about hygiene and when we complained we were provided a room on 10 th floor for which we paid 2000 yen extra
We only did a one night stay. It’s very basic only tea was offered. Had to pay for coffee.
The property was older than expected.
The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the train station, making it an ideal base for travelers who plan to use trains or buses for transportation.
Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast is tasty! Good price for the room. The ReFa showerheads in the bathrooms are an absolute added bliss.

It was a great location. Extremely close to Kyoto station. The room is pretty tiny, but other than that, it was a perfect hotel. I highly recommend it.
The rooms were on the small side but the twin room had much more space over the queen. Would recommend paying the extra. Overall the hotel was in a good location and was clean & tidy.
A very convenient place to stay as it’s opposite Kyoto Station. Unfortunately, the mattress topper kept moving about on the bed making it feel that I was just about to fall out of bed. Towels were changed daily despite us hanging them up. One friend was happy with wooden handles on the razer and toothbrush. Coffee sachets would have been a good idea as only tea was available sugar would have been good too. Apparently, breakfast was excellent.
Enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
