The staff was kind, it was clean, and we felt very safe.
Pros:

We felt very safe and it was a walking distance to Wells Fargo Center which is why we were lodging there (for a concert).

Cons:

Clean but pricy
Pros:

Loved how clean it was, how polite the staff was, and how close it was to both football & baseball stadiums.

Cons:

$25 per day to park is a bit ridiculous considering the price of the hotel. There is no pool, the restaurant is unreasonably expensive for breakfast.
