I am highly disappointed with my check-in experience at this property. The front desk receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked any sense of customer service. To make matters worse, the property engaged in a complete switch with the pricing of the room. The final rate I was charged at check-in was significantly higher than the rate I was originally quoted and confirmed. Instead of honoring the agreed-upon price or offering a helpful explanation, the staff was argumentative and unbothered. I do not recommend staying here if you value honest pricing and basic hospitality.
Decent looking hotel and friendly staff but in the end service was just not good. Wanted to check in a bit early, after a very long trip and a very long evening ahead of us. Told us because a large group was checking TOMORROW, they could not check us in early TODAY. I am paying today and they are reserving rooms for others paying TOMORROW. Ridiculous. After escalating to a manager we were given a room that was fine, but a long wait to get it.
As far as food, there is nothing in the area, at least on the weekend. In the middle of an industrial park deserted on the weekend, so you are dependent on the hotel restaurant. Well they ran out of food due to some delivery truck not showing up. I took a pre-made yogurt parfait monday morning, it was labeled for sale by Saturday, 2 days earlier. Opened and had moldy fruit. Then ordered french toast, told no syrup available. Then ordered bagel with salmon, after 20 minutes was told no salmon available. And no place nearby to go get breakfast. Far worse than the buffet breakfast at cheaper Fairfield Marriotts.
If you go there for a sports event, it is about a 20 minute walk, but the walk is crossing some major roads and not a place for the elderly or children to walk. This hotel is ideal only for business travelers to the Navy Yard M-F, forget weekends and sports events.
What a great stay! My usual hotels downtown and at the airport weren't available so I decided to try something new. I had driven on the freeway by the Navy Yard numerous times but had no idea what a cool area it was. Blair at the front desk did a great job of introducing me to the hotel - he had a great can do attitude and a big smile and seemed to love his job! Hotel was spotless and well kept, including the common areas and the room. The complimentary water machine with flavored and unflavored water was great. I paid for parking but they pointed out as I was checking in that free parking was available on the streets nearby. The area around the hotel was really neat to explore and visit. I had a nice view of the water out my window. The Gatehouse restaurant was a close walk to a nice dinner. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Staff was very friendly as well. It was definitely convenient and in walking distance to our event at Lincoln Financial Field.
1 night cost us more than our 2 tickets to the show that we attended. Breakfast is not included either which is ashame considering what you pay for a room.
The hotel layout
My toilet wouldn't flush as soon as I checked in. There was leftover food from the previous occupants in the fridge. There was a broken bottle cap on the floor
Very friendly staff, great location if you’re there for an event at the stadium, and decent food too.
The rooms were clean, but not very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows could be slightly better.
Staff was super nice. Amalia was so thoughtful and professional,
Região muito boa onde se encontra o Hotel.
Preferencialmente para quem estará de carro.

My bed was very comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated.
I was initially given a room with a view of the roof and too much light emanating from the entrance to the hotel.
