Great location, fun place to stay, could use some updating.
Pros:

I liked the entrance and lobby and stairs entrance

Cons:

I did not like that I could smell lots of other people’s cooking and food and the color scheme could use some work

Excepcional ubicación: 1 min al metro, 1 minuto a Times Saquare...Muy cómodo y limpio: buena ducha, cocina, frigorifico, camas cómodas, buenas sábanas y toallas.... Ideal para disfrutar de New York y poder descansar. Muy satisfechos con la elección.

Cons:

En el silencio de noche se oye ruido continuo de máquinas de aire o algo parecido, pero no nos molestó para poder descansar bien.

It was a great stay in a great location for our family!
Pros:

I liked that we sayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom and sitting are and kitchen.

Cons:

There was only one small elevator and it was very slow. Help with our suitcases to our room and to our car would have been very nice.

Top of the Rock, Carnegie Hall, Musical theaters に近く、夜景鑑賞、コンサート、観劇の後、安全に帰れる。MoMA, Times Square, Central Park にも歩いて行ける。地下鉄駅も近い。／毎日の清掃とタオル交換。

Cons:

シャワーが固定式だった。また、最適の温度のお湯を出すにはコツが必要だった。

Though it’s not the newest of hotels, its character and friendly staff make it a great spot to stay in NYC. The location

Unbeatable location, great size for NYC, and full of character. Beds were comfortable the little kitchenettes were We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Cons:

When we were doing a dummy check before we left, we lifted the sofa bed mattress and there was dirty liquid under it. Though the room had definitely been cleaned, this had been neglected for a long time. Only one of the two little elevators was working, so getting our group up and down took some time, but still a lovely elevator.
