Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Appartement fonctionnel et assez grand pour New-York. Bien équipé. Ménage fait tous les jours

Cons:

Le point le plus négatif de l'hôtel est le personnel : peu sympathique peu souriant et pas du tout serviable à moins peut être de distribuer les tips. C'est surtout pour ce gros point négatif que je mets la note de 7 car sinon l'hôtel en lui-même mériterait un 8-9.
Autres petits points négatifs : manque de lumière naturelle dans appartement et ascenseurs un peu lent

Ha visszamegyünk New Yorkba, biztos itt szállunk meg.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, kedves személyzet. Napi takarítás és törülközőcsere. Ezt kicsit sűrűnek éreztem. Bekészített kávépárnák.

Cons:

Sajnos a kávé nagyon híg, de tudom, ez nem Olaszország.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
Pros:

Lokalizacja super- blisko różnych linii metra, kawiarni, restauracji i Times Square- idealne dla tych co lubią być w centrum świata. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i sprzątane pokoje

Cons:

dosyć głośno w nocy- miało się wrażenie, że okna są uchylone
niewygodna skrzypiąca kanapa- dobrze, że nikt na niej nie musiał spać
głośna lodówka

Nice hotel.
Pros:

Great central midtown location. With that came some pretty unavoidable street noise. Received an unasked for upgrade to a suite with full kitchen. Very nice. Staff was very responsive.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too firm for my taste.
