J'ai détesté...l'hôtel ristorante Vecchia Riva à Varese est a éviter si on souhaite un voyage sans problèmes majeurs. Sécurité, et propreté en dessous de l'acceptable.
J'avais demandé à avoir un parking sécurisé dans l'hôtel car je faisait uniquement une étape dans cet hôtel. Je pensais ma voiture en sécurité.
Je suis arrivé tôt le matin et j'ai pris un petit déjeuner après avoir garé ma voiture où le responsable de l'hôtel me l'a indiqué. En attendant que ma chambre soit prête, j'ai fait qq pas jusqu'au lac. À mon retour, après un moment...ma voiture(2 ans)avait été vandalisée...griffée sur tout le côté convoyeur. J'ai demandé de l'aide au responsable. Celui- ci a prétendu que ce n'était pas arrivé dans son parking.
Alors que j'avais conduit toute la nuit sans quitter le véhicule. La personne qui m'accompagnait en témoigne. Elle a directement téléphoner au service international de secours 112.
Nous avons porté plainte et un procès verbal a été dressé. Au vu de l'insécurité dans le parking de l"hôtel ristorante Vecchia à Varese Italie nous avons quitté cet endroit. L'hôtel nous a facturé la nuit malgré que l'hôtelier a confirmé qu'il ne pouvait y assurer la sécurité de ma voiture. Comme je ne voulais pas dormir dans ma voiture...nous sommes parti. Quand à la propreté...toilettes dans un état pitoyable...chaises avec recouvrement clair pas propre. Le monsieur qui nous a reçu qui s'est présenté comme le responsable était franchement désagréable avec nous.

Cons:

Ce que je n'ai pas accepté ...

1. Ma voiture griffée sur toute la longueur du côté convoyeur.
Dans le parking soi disant sécurité de l'hôtel Vecchia à Varese Italie.
2. Surtout la facturation d'une nuitée dans l'hôtel alors que nous n'y avons pas séjourné. Celle ci a été déduite de ma carte de crédit. J'ai la preuve de payement pour cette nuitée dans un autre hôtel avec parking sécurisé.
3. Que booking cautionne...incroyable.Je les ai prévenu.
La personne qui m'accompagnait ne veut plus entendre parler de booking et de l'hôtel Vecchia a Varese Italie.

J'ai payé le petit déjeuner.
A vous de voir..
Désormais je ne voyagerai plus avec booking.
L'affaire est entre les mains de mon service juridique

Pros:

Staff extremamente simpático, bem situado junto ao lago e à paragem de autocarro. Bons acessos a trilhos de caminhada, excelente para passeios à roda do lago, bons estacionamentos, bom isolamento de barulhos exteriores. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com o belo café servido na perfeição e pessoalmente. Além do normal nos quartos, oferecem um saquinho de bombons.

ist nicht Negativ! der Kies in der Aussenterrasse ist für Personal und Gäste unangenehm. zudem muss alles am nächsten Morgen aufwendig gerecht werden.
