Fantastic colonial style hotel in heritage area
Pros:

Very central to the heritage area and lots of options to visit and to eat out.

Hotel itself is very colonial style with lots of seating areas and comfy places. Not a big hotel but love the atmosphere. Staff were very helpful. Room was big, plenty of hot water, and housekeeping daily so room was always clean and tidy. Safe and hairdryer are available in room plus kettle and coffee.

Cons:

Our only complaint which is outwith the hotels control was the daily call to prayer which can happen very early in the morning and later on in the evening.

Geheimtipp im Herzen von George Town!
Pros:

Ich finde die Unterkunft ist ein Geheimtipp. Klein, aber fein und wirklich optimal gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam und immer sehr Hilfsbereit.

Mignonerie au centre de Georgetown
Pros:

Quelle agréable surprise que ce petit hôtel dans le centre de Georgetown. Nous avons booké une chambre pour 3 (2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans). La chambre était très spécieuse, Tout était propre , joliment décoré et le personnel est très sympathique.
Literie très confortable, jolie déco et idéalement situé.
Très bon rapport qualité prix 🥇. Foncez !

Il loft era veramente fantastico!! Lo stile della struttura meraviglioso!

Cons:

L’unica pecca un po’ vicino alla moschea ma comunque caratteristico. A noi non ha dato nessun fastidio.

Great stay
Pros:

It's a lovely boutique hotel, with beautiful decoration and character, we absolutely loved the architecture and the renovated traditional house. We booked the family room, which has a small separate room, and it was very spacious. Very clean too. They don't provide breakfast but there's tea and coffee and a water fountain. The location is great too, on a quite side street but in the middle of the old town, so super close to all the action.

Cons:

The only negative is that there is a mosque just around the corner and the several daily calls to prayer were extremely loud, literally like having the loud speaker next door. The first one was around 6:15am and it woke everyone up, and it would last up to 15 min every morning. If you are an early riser or can go back to sleep easily, I guess it's not a big issue, but my kids were up and couldn't go back to sleep after that. To be fair, we saw several mosques in the old town, within a relatively small radius, so it might be the case that wherever you are in the old town, you can hear one mosque or another. Not sure. Apart from that, everything else was great.
