One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again.

Thoughtfully designed hotel, with coffee and water stations available. Cool bar lounge area, great breakfast.

Loved just about everything! The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly. The amenities were wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for a start and end on the TMB. The room was comfortable except for no ac on some warm days. The coffee and water bar were appreciated. The spa area was also a nice addition. Would highly recommend except on hot days. We did order a fan but for the room but it helped minimally.

Heliopic was perfect for our stay in Chamonix before and after hiking the TMB. The amenities were superb, the breakfast bountiful, and the staff was very friendly. Loved the location!

Excellent for before and after the TMB

Too many nice things to say…
- Friendly
- Helpful
- Great location to town and bus stop
- if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful
- Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned
- Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more
- even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon

Pros:

We had a wonderful view of Mont Blanc and enjoyed the location off the main tourist corridor. The bummer about the hotel is 1) lots of road noise of trying to sleep with the patio door open and night to cool off and 2) 0 airflow in the room at all, including the bathroom. A little ventilation would go a long way. 3) more lounge chair options in the pool area would be great.

The spa and staff at the spa were fantastic! But the staff at the lobby were hit or miss, some were really friendly and others left a bad impression. The amenities were nice but there were quiet a few kids at the hotel which I didn't expect for a spa / wellness space. The restaurant was great and so was the breakfast.

Nice spa facilities, loved the hot chocolate coming from the coffee machine. Really wish it had AC as we had to leave the door open at night. Thankfully wasn’t noisy outside
