Bon petit dejeuner. Emplacement central
Salle de bain inondée des qu'on prend une douche. Beaucoup de bruit venant du couloir toute la nuit. Personnel a la réception comprenant parfois peu l'anglais. Chambre exiguë avec fenêtre donnant sur la chambre voisine.
Un très bon emplacement pour visiter le train et la vieille ville.

Well situated in Hanoi, a genuinely impressive hotel, very good English (my Vietnamese is terrible) and genuine staff who go above and beyond to see you looked after.
10/10 and I will be staying here again if/when I return here.

Great experience everything we could have asked for simple but we didn’t need much breakfast was a hit thank you for having us. Nhi and John was my favourite at reception great English

The hotel was clean, well kept and comfortable. The staff were super nice at all times. The location was quieter than the old quarter but still very close to it. About 10 min walk.

Great hotel, just 10mins from the Old Quarter (walk) so much quieter than the centre of town. Great rooms and views over the city from the restaurant.
The big added bonus is the hotel is just a few minutes from the very famous "train street" where you can eat and drink literally in touching distance from the passing trains.
