Hotel vicino al centro commerciale. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Had to climb 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage and no help.
Friendly staff. Hot water.
But wifi and air was not good
Quite remarkable but next time we will request for a second floor lodging because we are middle aged lodgers. P
Spacious rooms, friendly staff, very slow and unreliable wifi, NO SWIMMING POOL (as falsely stated), water on and off all the time. Convenient location.
We were happy with our room and all the amenities. Our water did stop working for some strange reason but they did get it back on in about 30 min. Our only disappointment was that the WiFi was not working.
When arriving, they hadn't received my booking at the front desk from the person in charge. Instead of just trusting me and giving me a room, sort it out later, they insisted on reaching some unreachable person first before reluctantly giving me a room after 45 minutes of dirty looks (showing my confirmation mail didnt change a thing). My colleague arrived the next day and the exact same thing happened all over again!
Also when asking for the internet password, i was treated as an inconvenience. (Internet didnt work anyway for the entire stay). Bed had blood stains that became visible when i pulled the sheet from one bed to use on the other. I needed it to sleep under because there was no sheet in between the bed and the blanket.
Airco turns of when switching to generator power (happens a couple of times a night) so you wake up 10 min later from the heat. (If you werent awake already from the busy road in front of your room). The opposite side of the road has a giant building site.
Food was nice though and the girl in the cafetaria very friendly. Travel agency on the first floor was also very good.
町はずれのホテル。周辺にはレストラン等がなく外食が出来ない。部屋が道路に面していて車の通行音が気になった。停電が続いて、ホテルの非常用電源では部屋のエアコンが止まったままとなっている。

War sehr zufrieden und würde es immer wieder buchen! Getränke sind Tag und Nacht erhältlich und Frühstück wird auf Wunsch kostenlos aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Auswahl von Speisen zu günstigen Preisen!
