mu favourite hotel in bandung

Nice hotel located nearby shopping area.

This is a good 3 star hotel. We liked: staff was welcoming helpful for the hotel and the area, breakfast/restaurant, fish tank, location close to restaurants, shopping, transport, and their were sidewalks in this area. Room wifi was excellent. The hotel is beginning to show some wear, our room should have been cleaner when we arrived (but it was acceptable) and the hotel staff came quickly and took care of it. We needed a car/driver to explore outside of Bandung and in the city and one of the staff recommended one who was very knowledgeable, considerate and fair priced.

A cute but very basic hotel. Clean but the bath/toilet is rather small with the swing door going inside, blocking the passage to the toilet.
Parking and going out is rather difficult, there was no through way.

staff service slow. especially working in the cafe. During breakfast, didnt top up foods and drinks. Do not clear the table while other guests are still waiting to sit and take their breakfast.
we ordered for a tea and they took 30mins to send over to our room.
service can be improved.

Kebersihan kamar sangat buruk, karpet kotor, kamar mandi berbau.

Bandung is a great place. Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping Malls.

GOOD & CLEAN ROOM , FRIENDLY STAFF , BREAKFAST OK , GOOD LOCATION

Overall good

Decent hotel and decent room. We had to request for change of room due to pungent smell when we opened the initial room for. Ants can be found on table and bed side. Room lighting is a bit too dim for our liking. Location of the hotel is easy to find but no sight of convenient store nearby. Shower water pressure is good. WiFi is available with decent speed and stability.

Stay for 4 nights for vacation. Hotel is within walking distance to some factory outlets, a shopping mall and also Bandung electronic mall where we bought our local SIM cards. Room is clean, comfortable and equip with cable TV channels and free Wifi, though breakfast was nothing great. But for the price it's value for money. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Location is not so good, it is away from tourist hotspots and at a junction of a heavy traffic road. The horns & the noisy sounds of the vehicles can be clearly hear throughout the day. The facility is none but basic, not even a bar fridge in the room. The greatest dismay is the broken toilet seat in my room! Knowing the toilet seat has broken, the hotel chose to glue together the broken parts. I really wonder, how much does a toilet seat cost to them?
At the price of about USD45.00 per day & without breakfast, you better look for another hotel.

The pictures look much nicer than it actually is. The rooms smell humid, don't seem very clean. Breakfast was disorganized and most dishes were cold. Also they didn't find my reservation when checking in.

This is the last time I booked via HOTELS.COM.

Positive: Good location close to a mall. Negatives: I had my reservations mixed up. Front desk officer couldn't even be bothered to check if my reservation was changed from an earlier ammended reservation. They seem blase and insisted they were right. The front desk officers could have tried harder to check, instead they waited until the next day to sort things out. Breakfast was pathetic. Food was sad and tasteless, fruits were full of " flying bugs". Being part of KAGUM Group of hotel, I expected more from this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.
