The service is very satisfactory especially the front office is very friendly
The room is spacious and clean, it's really worth it
Been many times for working reasons.
It is perfect for those that need to access Jalan Antasari and the highway fast, without big traffic issues.
It is not expensive, but it does not offer amazing experiences.
Local breakfast is good.
Rooms could be improved and better cleaned. Sometimes cleaners did not come.
Limited options for drinks at the bar, there was only a small fridge with 4-5 cans of soft drinks.

Clean hotel, with gym and small pool. Breakfast was included and pricing better than any around here. Internet is strong and working. Everything worked. Bathroom clean and hot water always available

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, comfortable bed, and a cozy seating area. The bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The decor gave a boutique and elegant feel, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall Experience I had a fantastic stay at Amaroossa Cosmo Jakarta. It’s a great value for money with excellent facilities, superb service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Jakarta! Would love to stay here again!

Excellent facility, clean room, and really nice stuff, the room is spacious and the interior extravagant. The breakfast was good and had a really blast stay in here! Looking forward for the next stay here!
The ambience is also calming………..
This is an old hotel that was likely luxurious in its prime, but it’s now showing its age. The maintenance, especially in the rooms, leaves much to be desired. The bedroom curtains were broken, and the bathroom really needed a deep clean. Having carpets in the rooms isn't ideal either, as they tend to be dirty and can harbor germs.
The location is strategic, close to Cipete and Kemang, though it can be noisy due to its proximity to the road.
The food at the restaurant is quite good—my favorite was the green bean porridge. However, the menu changes daily, so you might not always find the same dish. One unusual thing I noticed was that hotel staff helped themselves to the buffet alongside guests. Some managers were also sitting outside, drinking coffee and relaxing. It was odd to see, as I’d assume they'd wait until after the buffet service to enjoy their meals.
