Cons:

Booked a room for 3, days before arriving get an email with an upgrade offer. We accept the offer and pay the difference. When we arrive late at night tell us the upgraded room does not accommodate 3 people, only 2 people can stay in that room and offer us to book another room for the 3rd person essentially hiking the price to 2x. Who does that?? When we try to say no and ask for the original room the staff becomes annoyed and becomes rude. Many at the hotel don't speak English neither do they have or understand what gluten-free or lactose free means. I've had a few poor Hilton hotel experiences, but this was the worst

Beim Frühstück hatte ich mir für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie mehr erwartet und die Aussicht war auf ein Dach mit einer Wand dahinter.

Cons:

zuerst war das Waschbeckern verstopft, dann die Tiolette und in einem 5 Sterne Hotel ein mobiles Klimagerät wo sehr laut ist gibt mir zu denken. Die Verstopfungen wurden zwar behoben und die Lautstärke aber das mit dem Klimagerät darf nicht sein.
