Cons:

1) Upon arrival, we were given one room and told to wait for another one. However noone call me. I approached the receptionist of Executive Lounge around 3 pm and was told it was ready. Key card was then taken there.
2) On the morning of 30 May, the staff had to hold my family at the entrance of restaurant checking whether their breakfast are included, causing much embrassment to them. I think it should not be happened.
3) There was events at ground floor and those people occupied all seats and were on their phones. My aged mom got no seat when waiting transport.

The executive seaview room was magnificent, the food of the executive lounge was excellent, well behaved staff and the Jenny in the reception assisted me with my every query, which also deserves appreciation. It is just 5 minutes walk from Sea world Shenzen

Une localisation, des prestations et un service au moins à la hauteur des attentes !!
Pros:

L'expérience globale est assez incroyable, que ce soit la suite (nous avons même été surclassés) : Propre, très joli, très calme et haut de gamme, le petit déjeuner extra, varié, frais et avec des horaires très large. Le fait que l'hotel dispose de 2 bâtiments distincts avec 2 fois les mêmes services (2 fois plus de choix en piscine, en salle de sport, sauna etc), mais aussi une seconde option petit déjeuner, et accèssible peut importe le bâtiment dans lequel vous allez résider est assez inédit. Nous devons séjourner de nouveau à Shenzen dans quelque jour, le choix du nouvel hotel ne s'est même pas posé. Nous allons de nouveau réserver au Hilton.

Cons:

Je n'ai aucun exemple car nous avons réellement apprécié l'expérience dans sa totalité.

We didn't know the kids playground, the green and the outdoor swimming pool would be closed when we booked the rooms, not enough activities for small kids.
Tea snacks provided in the executive lounge were not too attractive.

太少電梯，要有心理準備等10分鐘以上才有電梯。上了房就不想再外出，因為電梯太逼，要等多輪才有機會下樓。可能行樓梯會更好。

My recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a beautiful lobby that set a tone of elegance and warmth, making a perfect first impression. The grand piano in the lobby was beautiful and there was someone there every evening playing beautifully.

The highlight of the trip, however, was the hotel room. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered fantastic water views that were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Waking up to that scenery made every morning special.

Beyond the physical amenities, the service truly stood out. The executive lounge staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond!. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.
