Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be back again.
Pros:

Stunning location. Lovely big bedroom. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Good gym with stunning views.

Cons:

We were unlucky with the weather and so couldn’t make full use of the outdoor pool/ roof bar. It would be great if they added sauna/ steam room facilities.

A Lovely Stay at the Nanhai Wing
Pros:

I recently spent a night at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai and it exceeded every expectation. What began as a trip to catch up with my brother while he was in town on business quickly turned into a much needed personal break, and this hotel is exactly why it felt so restorative.

Even before I arrived, the team went out of their way to make the experience special, and that thoughtful attention set the tone for everything that followed.

I stayed in the Nanhai Wing and loved the resort feel. It is a proper escape from the pace of the city, with a calm, holiday atmosphere that makes it hard to believe you are still in Shenzhen. My suite was beautiful, spacious and immaculately kept, and the lounge was a lovely space to unwind.

Special mention goes to the front desk team, who were warm, friendly and endlessly helpful. That kind of service is what turns a good stay into a memorable one.

A flawless experience from start to finish. I left feeling rested and genuinely grateful for the effort the whole team put in, and I cannot wait to return. Five stars, without hesitation.

Great business-stay for 6 nights.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Shekou port and Sea World. Overall the hotel is very clean and spacious. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the housekeeping service was always very good. I stayed for 6 nights with access to the club lounge. The lounge itself has some good breakfast options and was quiet during my stay. In the evening the buffet and drinks selection was very good. The only negative being that it is very busy as it first opens. The staff in the club lounge were always very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I will mention both Luna and Lumi in particular who provided and excellent service and clearly worked hard in the busy periods. I also used the meeting room which was also kindly booked for me. I have been visiting Shenzhen for 12 years and would certainly recommend this hotel.

I Keep Returning To This Resort Hotel
Pros:

I travelled to Shenzhen China for 3 day leisurely getaway and chose the Hilton Hotel in Nanhai, Shekou and it is still the best hotel I have stayed at in the area. I really appreciate what was offered, given, and enjoyed by the hotel.

The receptionists took the time to explain my stay, areas to eat, and amenities. These were important to me because I needed to keep up my fitness regiment so taking advantage of the 24 hour gym was great and having time to swim in both the Wanghai wing pool and the Nanhai wing pool too.

The staff knew my Chinese is not fluent yet and were patient with me when I needed some things in English. As a student to the language, this is a plus because other hotel staff outside Hilton do not have this kind of patience at times.

The executive lounge is in my opinion a hidden gem. Having a place with food and alcohol to enjoy in a high floor is not very common in hotels I have been to in the past. I enjoyed it. Though the room did feel hot, the friendly accommodating staff kept refilling the ice cubes and cold drinks to enjoy.

Overall, the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai hotel has attracted me to become a Hilton Honours member and the hotel that I will return to again and again as long as they keep their consistency and high standards.
