The room was extremely comfortable and the coffee was good.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant for an evening meal was a little disappointing. The appetizer cam after the two main courses, by which time I didn't feel like eating it. I did not have breakfast. (Note, my room and the resturant were in the smaller wing, not the main hotel building.

La struttura è bella, curata nei minimi dettagli e tenuta in modo impeccabile. Il personale è eccezionale: accogliente e attento fin dal primo momento. La colazione merita una menzione speciale — la scelta è incredibilmente ampia, con piatti della tradizione locale cinese affiancati da opzioni internazionali per tutti i gusti. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e ben mantenute.

Ce séjour a été tout simplement inoubliable pour nous.

Voyager en Chine n’est pas toujours facile lorsque l’on ne parle pas chinois, d’autant plus que peu de personnes parlent anglais. À notre arrivée dans cet établissement, nous avons été ravis de constater que tout le personnel parlait anglais. Cela a grandement facilité nos échanges et rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus agréable.

L’hôtel offre également de très belles prestations. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec un très large choix de produits. La piscine, la salle de sport et le spa sont parfaitement entretenus et permettent de profiter pleinement de son séjour dans un cadre confortable et relaxant.

Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est la qualité du service. En quittant l’hôtel pour rejoindre Hong Kong, j’ai malheureusement oublié tous mes bijoux dans la chambre : montre, bagues et autres objets de valeur. Grâce à l’honnêteté et au professionnalisme remarquables du personnel, tous mes effets personnels ont été retrouvés. L’équipe a même organisé leur envoi par taxi jusqu’à Hong Kong dès le lendemain.

Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés. Nous y avons passé quelques jours merveilleux et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.
