Het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel, iedereen was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Efteling.

Cons:

Het was erg warm op de kamer en daar was weinig aan te doen, raam ging alleen op een kiertje open. Ook was de kamer erg gehorig.

Appartement aan vervanging toe.
Pros:

Dichtbij de efteling, en er was een koelkast aanwezig die wel redelijk schoon was.

Cons:

Kon appartement niet met lift bereiken had ik graag van te voren geweten aangezien wij slecht te been zijn meerderen trappen moeten lopen om appartement te bereiken. Hygiëne, vlekken en haren in en opmatras, afzuigkap vies, tapijt vol met vlekken, bank vol met vlekken, plafond zat gat scheur in, raamkozijnen niet schoon, plafond badkamer vies leek op bloed, spinnen web badkamer, had begrepen en ook gevraagd voor aankomst dat er in het appartement met keuken gekookt kon worden voor 50% waar, 1van de kleding kasten ging maar voor de helft open, het appartement is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Ik heb veel meer fotoos gemaakt waarmee ik al het hierboven geschreven kan beamen en ik het niet erger maakt dan het is.

Prima voor 1 nacht
Pros:

Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat het dichtbij de Efteling ligt. Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen.
Hotel ligt op loopafstand van winkel centrum/restaurantjes van Waalwijk.

De kamers waren netjes en schoon.(vind ik belangrijk!)
Ontbijt was ook prima. Niet heel uitgebreid maar genoeg keuze
Prijs kwaliteit prima voor dit geld verwacht je ook niet super veel.

Cons:

De kamers en badkamer was erg gedateerd. Wij sliepen in een familie kamer voor 5 personen.
Badkamer uit het jaar 1986 (wel schoon!)

Ook de kussens zijn aan vervanging toe. Of neem je eigen mee

Pros:

Kamer was netjes, beetje verouderd.
Voor de verwarming of koeling was er een ventilator aanwezig in de kast (?)
Badkamer was proper. Hadden toch graag een haardroger gevonden.

Cons:

Hadden een verjaardag te vieren, maar toch...prosecco in een gewoon wijnglas zonder veel bubbels.
Onze verjaardagskorting van 1+1 gratis in het restaurant konden we niet gebruiken: (code werkte niet én ook veel supplementen).
