Redelijke familiekamer in de buurt van de Efteling
Pros:

Dichtbij de Efteling. Familiekamers beschikbaar met aparte hoofd slaapkamer. Ruim. Ontbijt was aardig. Prijskwaliteit was goed.

Cons:

Onze kamer / onze verdieping was wat 'vergane glorie'. Achterstallig onderhoud, vlekken in het tapijt, beschadigde tegels in de badkamer, roest, kookplaat was vettig en beschadigd, ongelijke gordijnen en vergeet een achtergelaten scheermesje (inclusief haren) niet.

Telleurstellend
Pros:

De goede kwaliteit van de bedden

Cons:

Wij hebben afgelopen weekend van 2 naar 3 mei in uw hotel gelogeerd. 
Wij zijn erg geschrokken en verbaast over de slecht onderhouden staat van het gebouw en het terrein rond het gebouw.
Wij hebben op het terras voor het restaurant gezeten. Alles was hier vies, vuil en smerig. De tafels onder een laag stof, de stoelen onder de vogelpoep, de ramen en muren onder het spinnen rag en de het terrein vol met blad en takken wat meerdere weken niet was geveegd.   Schokkend.
Op jet terras achter het restaurant lagen de kussens nog in de terrasstoelen na een nacht met onweer in veel regen. 
Wij hebben veel ervaringen in Fletcher Hotel, maar dit was onwaardig.

Very nice hotel a short bus ride to Efteling
Pros:

Checkin was efficient and friendly. Hotel has a nice bar, restaurant, and buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance too. Most of all, a short bus ride to Efteling!

Cons:

The room might have been cleaned a little too hard. We had to put a fan in the window to remove the smell. This would have been a real problem in the winter.

Fijn hotel met mooie schone kamers en perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Een fijn gelegen locatie vlakbij de Efteling. Mooie en schone kamer en er is veel parkeerplek. Het ontbijt is lekker en het personeel is vriendelijk. Het is in de nacht stil in het hotel.

When I arrived, the service at reception was delightful and welcoming.

Cons:

I paid for breakfast and went in at 7.30 am, I chose the bacon and scrambled egg, when I starting eating, it was cold !
They need to look at their pan holding method, as it is not working.

Idéalement situé
Pros:

Personnel très gentil ! Proche de Efteling (10 min en voiture) et tout près du centre-ville que nous avons pu découvrir, c’est très mignon !

Cons:

J’avais demandé 3 lits simples mais je pense qu'il n’y en avait pas dans cet hôtel, c’est dommage pour des groupes d’amis. Cependant le lit double est très grand.

Prima locatie op loopafstand van het leuke centrum van Waalwijk.
Pros:

Locatie, eten en bedden.

Cons:

Kamer was op zich prima maar alles is flink gebruikt en dat is te zien. Van vloer tot plafonds, kasten en badkamer tot gordijnen en verlichting. Dit appartement moet weer even grondig aangepakt worden. Zeker voor de prijs die wordt gevraagd.

Hebben het gezien maar een tweedemaal gaan ze ons niet meer zien ...

De kamer zeer klein was niet proper , geen ijskast op de kamer. In de kamer is er geen enkele vorm van verluchting ook geen airco . De gordijnen vies en gescheurd op verschillende plaatsen en nog niet een beetje ook zie foto onvoorstelbaar . Bij vorige beoordelingen werd al gemeld dat er veel lawaai is te horen tijdens de nacht en idd de muren zijn superdun de trappen naar de verdiepen zijn uit metaal en klinken door heel het gebouw . Het ontbijt is simpel maar voldoende .
