From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

Wasn't that bad, but will definitely not come back.
Pros:

The facilities is good. Very attentive staff. Housekeeping was up to date.

Cons:

Parking is not free, you have to pay for it. There is few free parking lots but it is not reserved or provided by the hotel. Quite dissapointing.

The hotel room was good but could have been better. The family room (comes with one single bed and double bed) was kinda small. The cleanliness was very well maintained.

The morning buffet is the worst of all, seriously so dissapointing. The taste is so poor and the food variety is very limited. Need lots of improvement in this part.

Pros:

The room is poorly maintained. The sheets and pillowcases are yellow, and the towels are wrinkled and smell musty. I coughed all night, probably from dust from the uncleaned air conditioner.

Cons:

Old facilities are replaced with new ones, especially the bedrooms..

I enjoyed the stay, the best thing about the hotel is its excellent location.
Pros:

The property is in ideal location to explore George Town and all the tourists spot. The main tourist area of George Town were walking distance from the hotel. There were lots and lots of excellent street food and restaurants near to the hotel, 10 minutes walking distance. The property is 1 hour taxi ride from the airport , but can take a bit longer depending on traffic, cost of normal standard taxi from airport to hotel was 70 MR January 2026.

Cons:

The hotel is dated , needs complete paint work to improve the looks.
The two Asian women receptionist were rather miserable looking, never smiled once or greeted customer with hello or good morning/ evening, they should be replaced by younger happier receptionist. However, Vishnu , a young man receptionist was extremely helpful and cheerful, greeting you with good morning etc, the other young man was also helpful.
