From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

Satisfactory but can be improved further.
Pros:

Good customer service. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Good location to CAT and eateries.

Cons:

Room is old and run down. The bed sheets, bathroom towels are old and have unpleasant odor. Breakfast was disappointing and lack variation over our 3 nights stay.

Pros:

何より、立地が素晴らしく
一階にコンビニ、お土産屋さん、マッサージ、韓国料理レストランなどが入っていて便利です。
部屋は清潔で、水圧も問題ありません。
アメニティはロビーで自分でピックアップします。
人気のアルメニアストリートのアートも直ぐに見れます。

Cons:

隣りの部屋の声は騒いでいると聞こえます。
施設のせいではありませんが、早朝、コーランが
聞こえてきて目覚まし無しで起きれます。

Me esperaba algo mejor.
Pros:

Este hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Puedes ir andando a todos los lugares de interés en el casco histórico de Georgetown.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy descuidado, nuestra habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y tuvimos que pedir un ambientador en recepción. La decoración es pobre y vieja. Las cortinas se caen. Por fuera tiene un aspecto muy diferente a lo que por dentro te encuentras. El Buffet del desayuno está en la azotea y es bonito el lugar, pero no me gustó ver un gato por allí que no sabes si se sube por las mesas. Para una noche y visitar el lugar puede servir. No esperes nada romántico.

Pros:

The pillow is too small and too flat. I can't sleep well.
But location is very good, environment hotel nice.
It would be even better if the shower head was portable.
