From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
Incite Car parking space is limited, 15 cars only be able to park. It is free of charge. As its first come first serve basis, we are not able to take a reservation for parking space.

Friendly staff at the reception helped us explore the city in best way possible
Pros:

Nice location . Well maintained heritage hotel with friendly reception staff. After a stroll around the city in the hot weather , you can come back to the your hotel and be greeted with free amenities and cold face towels.

Cons:

There was no phone in the room but we were okay because it’s a heritage hotel.

ชอบทำเลมสะดวกเดินทางง่าย ใกล้แหล่งของกินและที่เที่ยว

ค่อนข้างเก่า ผ่านการใช้งานหนักมาก
ลืมเอาผ้าขนหนูวางให้ ต้องขอ และ เสียงรบกวนจากห้องข้างๆชัดมาก
