From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.

L'emplacement proche de tout dans Georges Town. , le roof top est vraiment top, le personnel malgré notre niveau d'anglais défaillant on été gentil et compréhensif. ,

Cons:

Un peu bruyant, mais c'est normal car il y avait une fête.
Les prise USB de la chambre ne fonctionnais pas

I’d stay again for the location but be prepared for budget backpacker style accommodation
Pros:

Perfect location to street art, food in general, little India, jetty’s, shopping mall. All surrounded the hotel so we could walk everywhere

Cons:

unfortunately the room was very aged, super old sheets, mattress and towels. It wasn’t very clean in the bathroom but the loo was new so that was okay.

Location was great, staffs can be better
Pros:

The location is great making this hotel at the centre of George Town.

Cons:

We were initially given a room in which AC was not working and they said that it was house full. After requesting several time we were later shifted to another room which would have been better if they could have changed it hassle free

Very disappointing experience
Pros:

Good was only the location.

Cons:

First of all, the air conditioner was blowing warm air even when set to the minimum temperature of 16°C. Because of this, we had several almost sleepless nights due to the heat. We reported the issue and were offered only one alternative room, but unfortunately, the AC there had exactly the same problem.

The towels were old and worn out, and the bed linen did not feel properly clean either. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were far below what we expected.

The general atmosphere felt much more like a cheap hostel than a proper hotel. The stay was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this place.

Great location but a bit tired
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff, looking ved the rooftop

Cons:

The place is looking a little worn out, could do with a freshen up . The TV didn't wot properly sometime took forever to warm up and I had to use my own internet as the internet was so slow
