From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Posizione centrale per poter visitare a piedi la città .Staff sempre presente e disponibile.

Pulizia scarsa l'albergo necessita di una pulizia generale.Colazione poca scelta .siamo stati 4 giorni il 3 giorno abbiamo chiesto noi il cambio degli asciugamani.

У готелю зручне розташування, щоб досліджувати історичний центр міста.

Cons:

Фото на booking відрізняються від реального стану номерів готелю. Сьогодні в готелю відбувається природнє старіння і з цим нічого не роблять. Шумоізоляція була не дуже доброю, а постіль мала плями. В розетках була погана напруга і працювали не всі. Світло блимало час від часу.

The location is top-notch for its price! The building itself is unassuming on the outside but quite nice on the inside. I appreciated the netting on the second floor. The rooms were clean and the bed is the comfiest I've slept in for some time; usually hotel beds err on the side of extremely firm, but these had the right softness to fall into after a long day of checking out the town. We did not manage to get up to the rooftop restaurant but it looked quite lovely.

Cons:

The car park is a little hard to get into, as it is a very narrow lane, and it would have been nice if the staff had explained the parking before we got there. My parents' bedroom also leaked in the heavy rain! They did offer to move my parents (who declined to avoid hassling anyone) but hopefully Room 512 gets fixed by the next guest... one of the hazards of an old building.
