Pros:

De ligging in een rustige buurt van Nothing Hill. En het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

We lazen vaak dat het ontbijt niet goed was. Het was inderdaad redelijk basic maar wel lekker en werd heel snel terug aangevuld ook.
Je hoort wel redelijk goed de mensen boven je omdat het een houten vloer is.

A lovely hotel in a quiet exclusive part of London
Pros:

The welcome was so friendly and positive. The room was huge with everything we needed. The location is quiet and looks out onto large trees.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and not much to fill up a growing child. It was good enough but the room was over crowded and the staff appeared overrun.

Everything was ok but the heat, especially on the 5th floor was unbearable. Even with the fan

The rooms we had on the 4th and 5th floors were awfully hot. Water pressure in shower was mist for me when I showered.

definitely not a 3star hotel, rather a motorway motel

Cons:

The room wasn't small but minuscule. The room was suffocating and the bathroom was a tight camping van toilet added to the room. It was so bad that we left one day earlier, we couldn't stay there any longer. We had a very uncomfortable stay.

Staff are friendly, professional and look after me so well.
Tge hotel is very clean and the continental breakfast fresh and lots on offer. Eggs, cheese, meat, pastries, bread and fresh fruit on offer.

Pros:

L’emplacement. La chambre familiale à prix raisonnable pour être aussi bien située.

Cons:

Le bruit ÉNORME de la VMC qui réveillait sans doute tout l’hôtel (chambre familiale 501) dès qu’on allait au toilette ou prendre une douche. Le petit déjeuner médiocre.

Dachgeschoss Zimmer leider nicht für Hitze geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass Zimmer die nicht im DG liegen ev. nicht so heiß sind, wie ich es unten für mein DG-Zimmer beschreibe.

Cons:

Unser sog. "Deluxe"-Zimmer befand sich im Dachgeschoss. Es war extrem heiß. Die Fenster ließen sich nur ein Stück weit öffnen, sodass auch Nachts nur eingeschränkt für Lüftung gesorgt werden konnte. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Es gibt 1 Ventilator. Jedoch funktionierten die Steckdosen in Fensternähe nicht. Daher war der Nutzen des Ventilators überschaubar.
Die Dusche ist sehr laut (wahrscheinlich eine Pumpe oder ähnliches das den Lärm beim Duschen macht).
