Comfortable beds, large living room space and ample dishes in the kitchen. A small leak in our shower but nothing terrible. Water pressure and temperature were good. We used the laundry facilities as well which were easy to use.

Fantastic service at the desk, great location, the room was facing the quiet side so had no issue with traffic noise.
The room needs some tlc particularly in the bathroom.

Even though it was on a busy street it was quiet. It’s a very basic hotel that doesn’t even have air conditioning. Luckily being on the ninth floor we had a nice breeze to keep our room cool. Overall, it was clean but worn the price was reasonable

Simple clean property, no AC but big windows, it was a good base camp for sight seeing.

Very good overall. Needs a little TLC (touch love and care). Also you will not get an answer if you send an email. My room was nice with a great view. Breakfast was fine too. I will come back

A vast improvement on last time I stayed. The studion was clean, comfortable and the kitchenette adequately equipped. I like the convenience ofneing close to thecentre, near the train station and hortillinnages

Great location by the river, cafes, cathedral and 33km cycle route.

The hotel was shabby in the hallway with bags of dirty linen left all day and overnight. The lifts strongly smelt of cheap deodorant.

But, once in the room it was like a different hotel. Light, spacious, great view of the cathedral and river. Excellent kitchenette which is a bonus, nice bathroom and lots of little reminders to be eco friendly.

We'd highly recommend if you're happy to walk through the neglected entrance and hallways.

Our apartment was spacious and clean. Nearby to lovely bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great one night stay. Very easy check in, handy location, short walk to centre and free street parking in the summer. Ideal set up for our young family. Seperate bedroom for the kids and kitchenette. Very reasonable price and better than staying in a standard hotel.

Clean basic good value

The room was fine but absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting enough to cause nausea and supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Staff did not help, could not move us and just provided an air freshener. Had to stay with windows open. Zero compensation offered by hotels or the venue.

Very good - important to get access code before arrival otherwise you cant reach reception on 1st floor. Clean - nice area. Street parking not too difficult.

Plenty of e-mails about my visit but once I turned up couldn’t get to reception as it’s a locked door and no way to contact reception on 1st floor as phone number didn’t work and no instructions in English to ring the bell. Had to wait to be let in by someone else.
Smell on the floor but the room itself was clean. Pillows were very soft and aircon in room would be ideal. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Very noisy in room

The apparthotel is fake advertising double beds. They do not have double beds available in the entire building. What they have are 2 single beds one next to each other with drapes for a double bed over the 2 mattresses. Apparently there is a zipper that has to bring them together, however the distance between the mattress is al least 3 cm (1.5 inches) imagine your back pain!!!! I asked the manager to home me something to put on top like that I won’t feel it his answer was right way. And he was gone and me I didn’t had anything even if I stayed there for 1 week. If you are looking for a single bed is ok but if you want a double bed look for a different hotel.

Bien vérifier que le ménage a été correctement fait (ou fait tout court d'ailleurs) avant de relouer la chambre. Il restait une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo ( dommage elle était ouverte, quasi vide et là depuis très longtemps)

Great amenities. The kitchen and implements provided were excellent for a cooked meal due to covid-19. Dishwasher was great as no washing up required. A kettle would have been great.

Very close to train station and room were decent size. and very clean.

Great place just a quick walk to the old city. The apartment was comfortable and quite big for France!
