Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Das Buffet am Abend ist definitiv zu teuer.Suppen und Soßen sind Fertigprodukte ,alles andere aus der Gefriertruhe und nicht von guter Qualität.Insgesamt machen Essen und Restaurant nicht den Eindruck als würde das Personal sich sonderlich damit identifizieren. Pfütze vor dem Buffet wird nicht sauber gemacht und der Koch steht direkt daneben.So etwas macht niemand dem was an seinem Arbeitsplatz liegt.Die Freundlichkeit des Personals wirkt nicht echt.Ich wurde ermahnt, weil ich zum Frühstück die Vorhänge am Fenster an dem unser Tisch stand aufgezogen habe.Was gibt es zuverbergen?Der Kunde ist König oder?Und wenn ich dann noch aufgefordert werde die Vorhänge nachher wieder zu schließen, ist dass für mich nicht wirklich Freundlichkeit.
Ich glaube ohne den Brückenkopfpark hätte dieses Hotel keine Chance.

Cons:

Horror scammers. I paid for an overnight stay with breakfast and I did not receive breakfast because the restaurant was not open in the morning and they knew to charge the same.
I don't like scammers.

Das Preis Leistung Verhältniss passt. Das freundliche Personal macht die Mängel weg.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe angemessen für den Preis und auch sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Flure des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich ist sehr fleckig und auch schmutzig. Liegt wohl auch daran das dort viele Schulklassen sind. Die Zimmertüren und Rahmen brauchen einen neuen Anstrich.

Alles in allem für unseren Zweck okay
Pros:

Für Familien mit Kindern ist es prima

Cons:

Küche schließt um 20 Uhr, die Info hätten wir bei Tischreservierung für 19:30 gerne direkt gesagt bekommen.
Restaurantbesuch schließt bereits um 22 Uhr. Soweit wir wissen, gibt es dann keinen Bereich, in welchem man sich als Gruppe noch mal gemütlich zusammensetzen kann

Nicht zufriedenstellend.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so richtig sauber und Schimmel im Bad. Der Spa steht nicht lange zur Verfügung. Morgens ist die Anmeldung nicht besetzt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Möglichkeiten speziell mit Kindern etwas zu unternehmen.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein . Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geht es gerade. Das Hotel an sich könnte gut als Jugendherberge durchgehen .

Gelungene Übernachtung
Pros:

An der Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiterinnen nett und zuvorkommend. Die Koffer konnten schon vor 15:00h abgegeben werden. Die Koffer befanden sich abends schon im Hotelzimmer. Leicht von der Autobahn zu erreichen.

Cons:

Waren mit 4 Personen im Hotel. Mussten für jeden Kaffee quer durch das Cafe laufen. Eine dort stehende gefüllte Kaffeekanne wurde uns wieder von der Küchenmitarbeiterin weggenommen.
