Great place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is always be a stopover before returning home on a business trip. The place is very comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. food is pretty good, and a very friendly front desk staff name Bunga.

2nd stay but don't have warm welcome
Pros:

Second time stay at tjokro hotel.. but I think no improvement happen. come at 03.00 PM, no bell boy/security open the lobby door for you. I already confirm my stay at tjokro H-1 by phone.. but when I got to the FO, they say that we have to wait to check in.. We wait for 10 minute, than FO give me the key which the room not clean yet by house keeping (we know it because FO staff chase us to the room). than we went back to the lobby and wait for 15 minute until FO staff inform us that the room is ready.
The room is great, I like hotel room with carpet floor and have fridge. AC work well, comfy bed and TV channel also great.
we order afternoon snack and my kids like it. food prize is standard and when you order top 10 tjokro menu, you got free ice tea.

Small Business hotel
Pros:

This is typical 3 star business hotel you will find in indonesia.Rooms are spacious but house keeping kept on forgetting to replace towels .However when reminded they would respond promptly.Buffet breakfast is maybe ok with few choices for non locals. It has KFC and Pizza hut nearby for us it was good location .

I've been ther twice.
Pros:

I got room number 330 beside a lift so noise, but the hotel had a delicious food and good service, and cute FDA, and name is bunga. So far is good.
strategic location but no view from my room. and one more, fast check in-out

Pros:

Nice and Comfortable place to stay in Pekanbaru. The location is good for searching for food, also it's around 10 min to reach the simpang SKA, which is the center of Pekanbaru City.
Warm greetings from the front staff make it all Perfect and make unforgetable impression.

Pros:

Short business trip. Environment looks dark. Some guests are allowed to smoke at lobby (?). Spacious room, nice bed dan hot shower. Clean enough. Food is enough, not flat taste.Check in- out is easy. The hotel provide free shuttle vehicle to airport up to 16.00
