Cons:

I booked king room and had to settle for 2 queen beds due to the sheets not being ready at check in. The bed was very uncomfortable for my spouse due to him being 6’2. I was still charged the same price.

Although the room had a few maintenance issues, it was comfortable with a nice view and served its purpose.
Pros:

It looks very nice and well kept from the outside. The lobby area is also very nice and clean.

Cons:

The two hotels side by side is a bit confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out that we were at the wrong check-in desks.

Pros:

Water in the rokm replenished every day

Cons:

The smell..musty room ...almost asked to move but it wasjust abiut bareable. The beds seemed like they were old and therefore lined with lits of bedlinen. I wouldnt want to go back.

All of the little issues just made it a terrible stay

The dinner at the Sheraton was very good

Cons:

The staff wasn't helpful about parking or anything at all.. we found out when we were leaving the hotel that there was a lounge we could have used but nobody ever told us about it. When we entered the room, there was water under the glass desk in the carpet. We couldn't figure out where it came from. The room was either very hot or very cold. The bathroom sink was clogged. There were chips in the mirror. The tile shower was gross. When we showered, there was no bodywash and the conditioner pump dispenser didn't work. The water was scalding hot. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was not enough light in the room. Several of the features (rooftop bar and another restaurant) were closed. The curtains wouldnt stay closed so we woke up when the sun came up. This is the worst stay in a hotel that we've had in a very long time.

I paid to much money to have not received the view I paid for a motel 6 bed frame and a portie potty sized bathroom.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Valet was quick getting you your vehicle. The bed was comfortable big and spacious.

Cons:

I paid for a city view and only got a view of the parking lot. The bathroom is extremely small. The bed railing is metal so we kept hitting our foot on the bed.
