For the price paid for room, we expected better.
Pros:

Cons:

Only having the option to pay to park, walking from parking deck to front entrance in the dark, room didn’t have a microwave, elevator was overworked.

Pros:

The decor was beautiful. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Staff, we first checked in on Friday had an attitude. The elevators weren’t working correctly. The flooring on the elevators were lumpy our bathroom sink when we walked in had some type of pink substance not exactly sure what that was, there wasn’t a trash bag in the bathroom trashcan.

Very enjoyable this is a Marriott property and its very nice overall.
Pros:

Our room was huge not sure if all the rooms are like that but we liked ours alot. The front desk was really polite and nice suggested a great place to eat out. The bar area was nice and clean. Our room and bathroom was clean upon check in. no issues there. It is a short distance to most restaurants or other venues but far enough for quiet if you like that. Also the rooftop bar area was very relaxing out there at night.

Cons:

My only complaint is about the parking fees, I realize that this is the new norm but its just a added expense that unavoidable I mean we stay at the property where else you gonna park? It's a hotel money grab really. Theirs was only 30
dollars so not bad I guess cause I have paid up to 50 before.

If you are looking for something nice, in the center city and affordable with a short term stay this is it !
Pros:

The location, The cleanliness and the price was not bad at all!

Cons:

The pay to park, not enough light in the room, the slow elevators and the mirror is way too close to the bed.

This was supposed to be rest and relaxation. I was very disappointed

Cons:

The pictures of the property are deceiving. The wall paper were poorly installed, you could see the white glue on the walls, there were dingy spots on the curtains, the lamp shades torn, the drainer in the bathroom sink floats around in the sink. I complained to the front desk receptionist about the condition of the room. I was told that they often get these complaints but nothing can be done and Sheraton is the newer property. This property is not worth the price.

It was ok
Cons:

My view I book for a more of a city view with a high floor request and was not granted either of the 2. And wasn’t no effort made to really accommodate my request from the front desk agents and management all while having a side conversation instead addressing me and my issues!
