Would not stay again
Pros:

Decor in front lobby and rooftop bar

Cons:

Only 1 elevator was working … would take 10-20 minutes just to use the elevator to get to your room etc. Parking is not free. Rooms are stuffy as well as the hallways. Not to mention they double charged me 4 days after I checked out.

The costumer service. The beds were uncomfortable. All the toilets were so loud everytime you flush. The a/c was loud everytime air came out

The lobby was clean The atmosphere was nice and Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were nice and good food

The rooms were outdated and smelled like old furniture and smelled like mildew I had to get a room change

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.

Cons:

Le nettoyage de la chambre laissé a désirer dans la mesure, ou un client précédent avait oublié des affaires. Le nettoyage avant la rentrée d'un nouveau client est normalement toujours fait ?

Cerise sur le gâteau, ma femme est restée coincée dans l'ascenseur au 18 étage ! 15 mn d'une longue attente pour elle.
