My room was 87 degrees on check in. It fluctuated from 71-85 the rest of the stay. I was charged for 2 days of parking when I stayed 1. I was given 1 free night as a refund

Friendly staff and cleanliness and location

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed just a regular sheet that wouldn’t really tuck in, and no trash bags in the bathroom or room. But nothing that wouldn’t make us not wanna come back. Everything else was exceptional

Pros:

The location!

Cons:

Out of four elevators, only one was operational for two days. This resulted in long lines and wait times of up to 30 minutes just to get to my room on the 7th floor. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

The room itself was not up to standard. The bed was improperly made—there was no fitted sheet. Instead, a comforter was placed underneath a flat sheet, which was then covered by another flat sheet. Because the sheet wasn’t large enough to tuck in, I had to wake up multiple times throughout the night to fix the bedding. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

There were also visible maintenance and cleanliness issues. I noticed debris on the ceiling that resembled chewed-up popcorn, and there was a poorly patched hole in the wall. It was so noticeable that when the air conditioning came on, the wallpaper actually moved.

Additionally, I booked a room that included club access with a high-floor city view. However, I was placed on the 7th floor out of 18, which did not meet expectations or what was advertised.

To make matters worse, I raised these concerns at checkout. The front desk associate (I believe her name was Rachel) mentioned she would add Bonvoy points toward a free night as a gesture of goodwill. That follow-up never happened.

Overall, this stay was far below expectations. Between the lack of basic room standards, maintenance issues, and poor follow-through on customer service, I would not recommend this property and would think twice before staying here again.

Cons:

1) parling being charged
2) In a 4 start hotel having 4 elevators and only 1 working is a big problem. On top of that, staff should have been organizing the line for thia one elevator, and he was not. Its was a mess that could be aboided with simple organization. Lack of accountability in my perspective.
