Cleanliness
Some of staff was rude. We were over charged for some items from the “convenient store” area. One particular staff member treated my daughter so horribly, absolutely uncalled for!!!! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!!!
I love the view
Nice room love the roof top bar
Check in took a phenomenally long time. There were lines of people waiting to check in, and 5 staff behind the desk, and yet only one of the receptionists were helping people. Seems like at such a busy time with so many guests expected, more trained staff should have been behind the counter. Once we were at the front of the line, and being helped, gentleman helping us was very gracious, and gave us vouchers for buffet breakfast for the following morning. We hadn’t complained, but he seemed aware of the long wait. Lighting in room very dim, as though bulbs were of low wattage. Difficult to read in bed. Bathroom shower, with glass doors firmly shut, leaked water onto the floor.

Elevators—- sometimes the key card would take forever to scan when going up to my floor. Didn’t know the lobby was being used for a photo shoot for a woman dressed scantily.
In room coffee maker didn’t work correctly. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Asked the front desk for more creamer and felt like I was bothering them. To not have a free breakfast with the price I paid, will most likely not return to this hotel. Thermostat in room also took forever to cool down the room, even asked for help and it still took almost 24 hours for the room to cool down.
Definitely was not worth the money I paid.
