It was OK. But I’m still waiting for my refund of my deposit.
Pros:

The pool and the free breakfast

Cons:

The pool could’ve been warmer. The cleaning staff that provides room service could be more consistent with checking on their longer stays

Quick and easy checkin!

Cons:

I was disappointed to be charged an additional parking fee- $16.00. Had I known ahead of time I would have picked somewhere else. I know next time to call the hotel and aak before booking

Pros:

The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The front desk receptionist was scattered and unprofessional at check in. The dishes in our hotel room were dirty on arrival.

Pros:

The room was fairly clean and the service did a good job maintaining it. Breakfast was the standard affair but they always made sure food was there. One nitpick was that we could hear the footsteps of the people above our room as well as their shower.

Area is nice and has many good food options whether you want to cook in the room or eat out.

Pros:

Great location and overall good experience. Only issue was 2 of the 3 elevators were down! This created lengthy waits at peak time!
