Pros:

Staff gave us a recommendation for dinner that was delightful: great food and (the surprise of) live music. Breakfast had one special treat: fresh fruit. The fruit and the hard-boiled eggs made a lovely breakfast. Coffee was good, too.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a problem since spaces were narrow and people often couldn't park within the lines.

$75.00 per pet fee!! Don’t stay with a pet! That is truly ridiculous. Must join their reward program to get access to the internet! No other place we have stayed required this! I’ll never stay at another Hilton property again!

Hotel appeared to be going through construction.

Maintenance employee was nice and helpful.

Cons:

When I checked in I was given a ground floor room. The window was open and the window was missing pieces that would allow the window to close or lock. I notified the front counter and the called maintenance who confirmed a piece of the window was missing that wouldn’t allow the window to lock. The front counter there personal gave me the option of staying in the ground level room that had a window that didn’t close or lock, or move to another room that didn’t have WiFi, the tv didn’t work and the room wasn’t clean. I was tired and didn’t want to complain so I switched rooms. Was never offered any compensation or anything for the inconvenience or for having to move to a room that don’t have WiFi, was dirty, and the tv didn’t work. I stay at this hotel two to three times a year for the last few years and this was the first time I have had an issue.

Well situated with good amenities

Cons:

Not everything in all rooms was in good working order; and there was a lack of flexibility in customer service.
I reserved 4 rooms for a family gathering through a 3rd party agent. When a change of room type was needed for one of the rooms, the property sent me back to the agent, which in turn directed me back to the property. This lack of coordination made a simple request more difficult than necessary, and very frustrating.
The rooms had king beds with sleeper sofas. Those who needed to use the sleepers found there were no sheets to make up the beds (though there were mattress pads, comforter, and pillows).
One of the rooms was not equipped with a bathroom exhaust fan. The same room’s key reader would not allow access, even though the front desk attendant twice prepared new key cards and the occupant of the room (who had stayed behind from our family event because she was not feeling well) had to be awakened to let her husband in. Inexplicably, in the morning the keys did work.

$75/ night Pet Fee!!
Pros:

Location. Staff was friendly. Nice linens. Good shower. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Outrageous $75 pet fee. We have NEVER paid that much for one night- ANYWHERE. EVER!

Toilet was plugged. Maintenance man tried fur 20 minutes to plug then snake it clear.
We ended up moving rooms.
