La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata piuttosto contrastante. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, varia e di qualità, e la vista, davvero piacevole. Anche il personale merita una nota positive - tutti molto gentili, disponibilie professionali.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza Junior Suite al piano terra. Purtroppo, però, la camera non e stata all'altezza delle aspettative. La stanza era fredda e il riscaldamento risultava rumoroso e non adeguato a riscaldare la stanza. Inoltre, l'ambiente non era ben insonorizzato - la finestra, che in realtà è una porta di uscita di emergenza, lasciava passare spifferi d'aria e si sentivano chiaramente le auto della strada. Inoltre si sentivano chiaramente i passi degli ospiti nella stanza al piano superiore. In bagno abbiamo notato anche la presenza di ragnatele, dettaglio che non mi aspettavo. Considerando questi aspetti, il prezzo pagato mi è sembrato troppo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti. Con qualche miglioramento nella camera e nella manutenzione, l'hotel potrebbe offrire un'esperienza decisamente migliore.
