One less thing that I have to worry about
Pros:

I stay at this hotel at least once a month, staff is always courteous and helpful, and the reservation process with the front desk staff is easy. i always stay at this hotel when I'm in town for treatment at Roswell.

I would recommend it but not if you have difficulty with walking because of the slippery parking lot
Pros:

Room was clean and set up and decorated nicely. Conveniently located near the hospital.

Cons:

Parking lot was icy and slush covered. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7 am.

My Go To Hotel in Buffalo
Pros:

Always clean, great location. Rooms are nice, price is decent. Desk attendant was very friendly, and there is a parrot in the lobby! They also offer a free breakfast, but I wasn't able to get down for it.

Pros:

Great location for Roswell Comprehensive Cancer Center. Clean hotel with friendly, helpful and easy to understand front desk staff. Good hot breakfast with attentive staff refilling as needed. Will be back!!!

Needs some TLC and guest enforcement.
Pros:

I've been staying at this Best Western for about 10 years. It is getting a bit raggedy. The beds were clean and comfy but the curtains were shredding and the corners of the bathroom floor were grimy. The breakfast is simple but lovely, the dining furniture however is shabby and worn. We were apparently there for a Hockey event weekend and there was only one space left at the very end of the lot both Friday and Saturday nights. Even the handicap spot (for which we have a tag) was occupied by a non handicapped vehicle. I suspect many of the vehicles were those not of guests, but guests of guests. There were empty beer cans in the lobby and on the elevators Saturday night.

Disappointing due to legal issues of requiring photo copy of debit card

Cons:

They wanted to take a photo copy of both my drivers license AND my debit card. After I raised a fuss about not being comfortable with them having a copy of my debit
Card and questioned the legality of it, I was referred to a manager who “allowed “ me to stay without a copy of my card. I later Googled the legality of it and guess what? It’s not legal to do that in New York State. I should sue and I hope you pass this on to them! I’ll never stay at a Best Western again because of it!
