Short , sweet and truly enjoyable!
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and very nice! Especially the parrot! We went to a hockey game and the location was wonderful. The hotel very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Amazing location, felt safe, room felt very clean, hotel overall was very clean and staff was so nice. Checkout time was fantastic, not a lot of properties let you check out at 12pm

Nice facility and staff and a good value
Pros:

Very good location and facilities are a great value. Only issue is we had a room on the street - 3rd floor and we could hear louder traffic. Not sure there’s much can be done about that so maybe ask for a room not on Delaware Ave.

Pleasant, well located hotel. I will stay there again.
Pros:

Location was great and front desk staff were efficient and welcoming! The live parrot in the lobby was a nice touch. No ghosts were seen.

Cons:

One of the bathroom towels had a brown stain/ mark on it. Lights next to bed did not work.

First time at this hotel and it was an excellent experience
Pros:

First time we stayed there. Very Clean & friendly, staff was great , breakfast was good, price good and we will definitely return to this hotel. 12 pm check out is awesome. Love the African parrot 🦜 in the front lobby.
We would recommend to our friends and family.

Cons:

Coffee was bland and the food was a bit cold but not a huge issue for us.

Courteous and helpful staff
Pros:

Fast check in. Polite and courteous staff. The room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. The only downside was the heater was pretty loud in the room and seemed a little outdated. It was a little hard to sleep because of the noise.

Also a big thank you to staff as I left my air pods behind and they were kind enough to find them and arrange pick up at the front desk.
