Siamo arrivati il 31 pomeriggio e come mi era stato detto dopo la prenotazione non c'era servizio reception in quel giorno ma in realtà non c'era nessun membro dello staff.
abbiamo trovato la stanza molto fredda perché il condizionatore era in blocco e i riscaldamenti non ancora accesi. abbiamo comunicato telefonicamente con una persona dello staff che dopo poco ha risolto il problema.
Nella stanza per un soggiorno di una notte non è stata lasciata neanche una bottiglia d'acqua né il kit basico per il bagno e la doccia era alquanto vecchiotta.
