Séjour affreux, très décevant du début à la fin

J’ai rien aimé dans cet hôtel

Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience.

La chambre présentait des traces de moisissure et une odeur très désagréable, ce qui rendait le séjour particulièrement inconfortable. Certains meubles étaient également cassés ou en mauvais état.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres et, face à ces problèmes, j’ai demandé à la réception de pouvoir les changer. Malheureusement, ma demande a été refusée. On m’a indiqué que je devais soit voir directement avec Booking, soit payer un supplément pour obtenir d’autres chambres. Je trouve cette façon de gérer le problème totalement inacceptable, surtout lorsque les chambres ne correspondent pas aux attentes normales d’un hôtel.

De plus, l’emplacement est loin d’être idéal et les photos présentées sur Booking donnent une impression beaucoup plus positive que la réalité. Je recommande donc aux futurs clients de bien se renseigner et de rester prudents avec les photos avant de réserver.

Pour ma part, je suis très déçu de cette expérience et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Very2 lots of breakfast options
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was extravaganza and worth money paid, wall decorations in the hotel is very2 beautiful, and nice pool area for family

Cons:

The staff service was ok but could improve, regarding the deposite, could give another option aside from needing to give physical money, something like QR code or other ways of giving the deposit for ease of business at the counter, and the air conditioning need some improvement since it will only fell cold when all the lights is already switched off

La caution de 100 Rm parchambrr car a la fin des vacances on se retrouve avec de l argent dont on a pas besoin et je ne vois pas l intérêt c'est la première fois qu on me demande un caution dans un hôtel

We have a lovely stay at Vivatel. We love the good spread of breakfast every morning.
Pros:

The room is clean and spacious, with enough space for solat.

Cons:

Everything is good except the pillows are hard, causing me a headache every morning when I wake up.
