Sono rimasta profondamente delusa da tutto il mio soggiorno. Per cominciare, dopo essere arrivata durante la notte tra il 19 e il 20 luglio, precisamente all'1:30, ho trovato la camera non adeguatamente pulita. Nello specifico, le lenzuola erano piene di capelli e peli sia all'esterno che all'interno, c'era un ragno sotto il copripiedi e il bagno presentava macchie sul lavandino, sullo specchio e allo stesso modo sul water, oltre a questo ciabatte usate, ed una bottiglietta d'acqua riempita a metà, ovviamente usata sul comodino. Dopo aver chiamato il receptionist (l'unica persona educata e disponibile) che ha constatato la situazione con sgomento in tempo reale, non ha potuto fare nulla a quell'ora. A quel punto, ho chiesto delle lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente (con mia figlia) e ho pulito il bagno a notte fonda, dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio ed essendo estremamente stanca. Non finisce qui. Il giorno seguente alle 14:00, al ritorno da un giro della città, ho trovato l'aria in camera caldissima. Ho deciso pazientemente di aspettare che si rinfrescasse, credendo che l'aria condizionata avrebbe iniziato a funzionare una volta inserita la tessera nell'interruttore centralizzato, ma così non è stato. Pertanto, alle 16:00, ho chiamato di nuovo la reception. In camera è arrivato lo stesso ragazzo della sera prima, accompagnato da un uomo che si è definito il direttore. Hanno confermato che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e, dopo aver chiamato il tecnico che ha dichiarato di non poter venire a risolvere il problema, a mia figlia e a me è stato detto, e senza cercare in qualche modo soluzioni alternative: 'Non possiamo fare nulla'. A quel punto, considerando il caldo intenso nella stanza e non ricevendo alcuna soluzione alternativa, abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore, che è arrivato mezz'ora dopo. Che dire? 10/10? Assolutamente no, e con profonda delusione.

Sorry but it was not what we wanted.
Pros:

The Breakfast actually was really great, like home-made food from your mom or granny.
Everyday the menu slightly changed and it was gerat.
Staff was nice.
If you like a city center, this is really close to the main street.
walkable.

Cons:

It was really noisy at night.
The bathroom got flooded
It smelled bad, and we heard the ventilation from the bathroom all the time.
Also, one day, it was 1AM in the morning and a technician called our room and got into to check the ventilation system

⚠️ MALHONNÊTETÉ, MENSONGES ET POLICE APPELÉE : le pire séjour de ma vie — FUYEZ

Je voyage depuis plus de 20 ans, j'ai visité une quarantaine de pays, et jamais, au grand jamais, je n'ai été traitée avec un tel mépris. Ce que cet hôtel nous a fait subir n'est pas une simple mauvaise expérience : c'est un scandale.
Dès le premier soir, l'une de nos chambres tremblait littéralement à cause de l'aération — un vacarme et des vibrations insupportables. Le pire ? Ma sœur travaille dans le BTP : elle a tout de suite reconnu un défaut structurel, impossible à régler en une soirée. Autrement dit, l'hôtelier LE SAVAIT. Il loue sciemment une chambre défectueuse, au prix fort, à des familles qui lui font confiance. Ce n'est pas de la négligence, c'est de la malhonnêteté pure. C'est du vol.
Pendant quatre jours, on ne nous a menti QUE des mensonges. « Un technicien viendra » — il n'est jamais venu, puis est venu pour ne RIEN faire. « Vous serez surclassés » — les chambres promises étaient déjà occupées par d'autres. On nous a séparés de nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans tout le séjour, baladés d'étage en étage comme des bagages encombrants.
Et le sommet de la honte : quand j'ai osé aller vérifier moi-même que les chambres « complètes » étaient réellement occupées, le réceptionniste a appelé la POLICE contre moi. Contre une mère de famille avec deux bébés. De l'intimidation pure, pour me faire taire. Comble de l'ironie : ce sont les policiers eux-mêmes qui ont fini par prendre ma défense et exiger notre transfert, sans quoi l'hôtelier nous aurait laissés à la rue. Départ à 20h30, à tout remballer avec deux enfants affamés et épuisés.
Ajoutez à cela : moisissure dans les salles de bain, chambres si minuscules qu'on n'y ouvre même pas une valise, frigo en panne (alors que j'avais un médicament à conserver au froid), musique jusqu'à 1h du matin.
La cerise finale ? On m'a demandé d'annuler ma réservation pour m'empêcher de laisser cet avis. Alors le voici.

Good but not great 3 star
Pros:

Location was excellent for restaurants, bars and shopping. Reception staff were nice and helpful when we needed. Our bed and bathroom were both good. Unsure about the spa option in the name of hotel. We never saw this amenity or were given information about it.

Cons:

Unsure if cigarette smoking is allowed in rooms but our first night our room smelt terrible. Either guest before had smoked or it was coming through the AC vent. AC wasn’t overly cold even on 16°. It can be very loud at night due to the restaurants and bars, we had ear plugs and used these giving no noise issue.

Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the middle of bars and restaurants. The owner went out of her way to make my birthday celebration special. The staff n is also helpful and kind. I'd go back again.

Camera ampia, colazione di qualità. Posizione eccellente

Cons:

La suite aveva il bagno ricavato all' interno della stanza con una vetrata. La spa è aperta solo in alcuni orari che non mi hanno saputo indicare. Avevo provato ad andarci un giorno ma nessuno mi ha calcolato per farmi capire come funzionasse. Alla colazione aggiungerei un po' di frutta.
