That we got an upgrade on our last night. The location was excellent and both Can and Furkan were both really helpful,they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel all day and we were allowed to use a room downstairs to relax and pack our bags before leaving at 7pm..,the breakfast was also 😃 great

Hotel zit boven discotheek, slapen is van dinsdag t/m zaterdag alleen mogelijk na 6 uur s'ochtends. Ook oordoppen zijn hier niet tegen bestand.

Pleasant stay in a very safe area in Istanbul. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe

The location is fantastic and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

It was very hot in the room with the afternoon sun that couldn’t be cooled with the air conditioner and there was a strange smell that would appear daily. Not a deal breaker but confronting

Καλή τοποθεσία και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ότι χρειάστηκα έγινε το επόμενο λεπτό.

Cons:

Η φασαρία της περιοχής το βράδυ και μια τεράστια γεννήτρια σε απέναντι πολυκατοικία έκαναν θόρυβο. Βέβαια αυτό δε θεωρώ πως ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο. Υπερβολικά ζεστό δωμάτιο καθώς ήταν ρετιρέ.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room for free that was very nice. Room is clean with nice view. Breakfast was quite good and various. It is visible that staff are trying to do their best

Cons:

The only thing which I didn’t like is location. On the one hand it is exactly at the city center, but street is very loud. I had feeling that a sleep just at Grand Bazar : music, sounds, cars , too noisy all night . It it depends I think where are your windows

Pros:

My friend had stayed at this hotel before, and when I visited her, she received excellent service. I really wanted to stay, but my group friends made other plans at the last minute. It preserves the historical fabric of Istanbul. It's within walking distance of Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. I will definitely come back in the coming days.

I was as happy and comfortable as if I were at home.

Everyone I ask recommends this hotel to me. It is safe, fun, and perfect for tourists. It is a wonderful choice suitable for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. There were people from all over the world, and everyone was at ease, just like me. We made some great friends. We’ve visited many times, and we’ll be back again.
