Pros:

Der Blick direkt aufs Wasser ist traumhaft.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist liebevoll angerichtet und ließ für mich keine Wünsche offen.
Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man schon an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und von hieraus bequem unterwegs.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und macht es einfach bei schlechtem Wetter auch dort gerne Zeit zu verbringen.
Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub

Cons:

Glatte Straßen und Wege durch Schnee und Eis, aber das war im Januar ja nun auch zu erwarten

Die Lage am Ufer der Warnow mit Blick auf Schilfufer, Wasser und Stadt ist einmalig, ruhig und sehr schön. Der Radweg zur Stadtmitte (5 min) führt vorm Hotel vorbei. Wir wurden upgegradet und genossen die Dachterrasse und das riesengroße Appsrtement mit bequemen Sesseln, Bar und Büro. Frühstück perfekt.

The view from the location is perfect, not far from Lidl with some lovely walks right on the doorstep.
Was upgraded to what I assume was the best room in the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! Would highly reccomend, staff were lovely.

Cons:

No downsides from this stay! Would reccomend! Would be a lovely place to chill in the summer I'm sure! Only downside was that as we turned up late didn't get to spend much time in and around the hotel!

Tolle Lage für ein Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage schein nicht so Toll (Industriegebiet). Bis in die Stadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min und die Tram fährt alle 10 min.
Sehr nettes Frühstückspersonal (frsches Rührei auf Wunsch) und freundlicher Nachtwächter.

Pros:

Das modern eingerichtete Zimmer bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Der Blick durchs Badezimmerfenster zeigt eine Industriebrache, aber das tut der Qualität des Hotels keinen Abbruch. Das Zimmer ist grosszügig, hat einen kleinen Balkon, der aber bei den Minus-Temperaturen Ende Januar nicht genutzt werden wollte. Das Frühstück im hellen Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Warnow liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, das aber zu Fuss oder mit der Strassenbahn leicht erreicht werden kann.

Wenn ich nicht in der "Stadtmitte" übernachten muss, komme ich wieder.
Pros:

Schöne Lage und ruhig, wenn man nicht im Zimmer "Stadtmitte" untergebracht worden ist.

Cons:

Natürlich habe ich mich wegen all der vielen positiven Bewertungen für das Hotel entschieden. Ein sehr kleines aber feines Hotel. Allerdings hat wohl zuvor noch nie jemand in dem Zimmer "Stadtmitte" übernachten müssen. Die Lage des Zimmers war für mich sehr schockierend. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Deshalb jetzt hier dieser Hinweis. Das Zimmer "Stadtmitte" liegt nur einen Meter neben der Eingangstür und dem Aufzug entfernt. Man tritt aus dem Zimmer und steht sofort am Anmeldetresen / Bar / "Aufenthaltsraum" bzw. nur ca. 3 Meter davon entfernt. Am Abend, wenn Gäste sich dort aufhalten oder am Morgen frühstücken und man eventuell noch ein bisschen länger schlafen oder früh einschlafen möchte, wird das NIX. Ich hatte das Gefühl, mitten im "Aufenthaltsraum" direkt neben der Bar zu liegen. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Der Aufzug ist direkt neben der Zimmertür. Zum Glück ist es ein sehr kleines Hotel und der Aufzug wurde am Abend nicht mehr so häufig benutzt. Jedenfalls, wenn man Ruhe sucht, wie hier fast nur bewertet, dann ist das Zimmer "Stadtmitte" absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Darauf sollte irgendwo bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte mir nicht angeboten werden. Sehr gerne werde ich wieder in dem Hotel übernachten aber vorab muss ich geklärt und die Zusagen haben, dass ich ein Zimmer in den anderen Etagen bekommen werde. Es hat sich wirklich so angefühlt, als würde mein Bett (sehr bequem) im Frühstücksraum neben dem Anmeldetresen/Bar stehen. Vielleicht bin ich auch sehr empfindlich bzgl. Geräusche und Sicherheit. Für jemand, der da etwas entspannter ist, dürfte die "Stadtmitte" kein Problem sein.
