Ideo Phuket Hotel

The hotel was beautiful with clean and comfortable room. The bed was super comfy. The price was terrific. The exceptional customer service impressed me. They were always friendly and also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. There were great restaurants and massage shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Fab little hotel, 2 big rooms next to each other perfect for 6 of us. Water and coke in fridge with some crisps 😊 owners all lovely and so welcoming! We had a couple of nights after landing and spent them on beach which is 5 mins walk. Watched sunset and ate at beach. Thank you for a fab stay x

This is the 2nd time I stayed at ideo. The owner and the staff and Hulek the dog are SUPER FRIENDLY and SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL. Always stay at least for a week there while volunteering at SOI Dog Foundation. It's a super comfortable bed & breakfast hotel with a very reasonable price. The breakfast is always nice and fulfilling, always provided fresh fruit. The rooms and building are very well maintained and clean. It's also quite eco-friendly, they already use solar heater since last year. Wifi works well. And inside the room you will be provided with small fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, and mugs. They also provided towel and picnic mat for free, since it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. In front of the hotel there's a small but very nice cafe, laundromat, and minimarket. It's a 5-minutes bicycle ride (the hotel has 5 bicycle the guests can use for free) to a fresh market that opens 4 times a week, offering a lot of things. Ready to eat food, souvenirs, fresh vegetables, and everything you need if you want to cook. I'll be coming back again this year in April for a 2-week stay. Can't wait.

At the price, its a steal! The location is good- just 5 mins from the beach. Rooms are clean, and equipped with microwave, basic cookware and fridge so that you can rustle up some quick noodles or something. Washing and ironing facilities are available too for the ones staying long term. All other amenities like ATM, grocery, cafes etc. are nearby. The beach nearby is good- soft sands, blue waters, nice shacks, clean.
The only problem I encountered was that the small road to the beach is not as well lit (so do carry a phone light), and has some water logging in certain areas during heavy rains. Apart from that, its an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 10 days and felt very at home. The owner is lovely and very responsive, checking that we had everything we needed. The bed is HUGE and everything feels fresh, clean and comfortable. The greenery around the rooms and at breakfast makes it feel like a little nature haven ...waking up to birds singing outside the window was great! Staff are very helpful and breakfast is a buffet style with fresh fruit, cereal, toast and eggs made to order as you prefer. The wise old hotel dog Hulek sits quietly next to you while you eat and it's a serene start to every day. Good massage place opposite and a local shack style restaurant a few metres to your right (after the small supermarket) is a great family run lunch takeaway. To your left you find a shaded path leading to the beach (watch out for passing motorbikes), which is only a few minutes walk and there you find a row of smoothie stalls and street food vendors. We tried several - roti ladies and the family run food truck to their right (Yao seafood I think it was called) served tasty food with big smiles. The beach has plenty of trees for shade and the waves were brilliant for body boarding. Ideo is a fantastic boutique style hotel with the perfect 'make yourself at home' feel with all the amenities you would need. Great a/c, good shower with free toiletries, mini fridge, microwave and some crockery to use with the small table. We found that so useful for eating our takeaways in the coolness of the room when it felt too hot to eat outside. In all Ideo was the ideal place for us to experience Thai hospitality and comfort. A very clean and nice looking hotel 5 min drive from Phuket airport and 5 min walk from beautiful Nai Yang beach.

Nice rooms, nice staff, they even give their guests equipment and towels to go the beach!

Convinient store and laundry service, restaurants and massage, all 100 meters from the hotel.

Really nice location very clean and so friendly
Beach close is not great for me but if you rent motorcycle can go around
You can walk to the beach there are many restaurants shops bar
The breakfast is really good they cook express what you ask ……

I stayed at the Ideo for 2 weeks while volunteering at the Soi Dog Foundation. It was an exceptional stay: the room was clean, the staff are so pleasant and friendly, and the hotel pup greets you daily with a smile. I used their laundry service twice during my stay, and the shuttle to and from and the airport. I will be staying there again during my next trip to Soi Dog, next January, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful little spot, 5 minute walking distance to Nai Yang beach and restaurants.

Very welcoming and accomodating. Oil pastels have been used over the smooth cement walls by other guests leaving their mark … very cute! Beach and markets is a short stroll down the path shared with motorcycles.

Perfect little hotel for hanging out in Naiyang or exploring further afield. We spent 5 nights there and had a great time. Staff are all very friendly and very welcoming. The only negative was putting two pensioners on the 3rd floor with no lift. I would suggest offering older people the ground floor. It was physically draining climbing those stairs after a busy day. This was the only negative 9/10

Return trip prior to heading home. This family is so welcoming and kind. Loved my second stay as much as the first time.
There is an asian water monitor who lives in the waterway that runs past the accommodation and is impressive to see.

Great location for volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, quiet, clean, every facility I required plus Netflix was a bonus.

Close to Nai Yang beach which is a lovely location for dinner right on the beach watching the sun go down.

Nice aircon, Netflix for rainy evenings and room service daily. Nai Thon beach is also a short trip by car and quite different

The Ideo is a small boutique style hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are fine and quiet, the location is good, only a short walk from beach and the on-site bikes are useful. Breakfast good.

We spent three nights and wish we could have stayed many more. The room is spacious and comfortable. The host and staff are super friendly and helpful. The wifi is very good. There is Netflix, towels for the beach, free bikes, and a nice breakfast. There are lots of charge points for your electronic devices. It’s a small, quiet building, 5 or 6 minutes walk to a great beach and good restaurants. I would definitely return.

This was a great hotel to stay in, close to the airport with no noise. The staff are very friendly. The room was spotless and the beds were really comfy. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yoghurts, French toast and eggs. The omelette was delicious

A small, comfortable hotel with a really nice atmosphere. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, clean and well decorated. Located only 200 metres from the beach accessed via a path. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is very well priced with the option of one of the best omelettes I have tasted. The little touches say it all, like free cans of coke in the fridge and plenty of free beach towels and mats.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Quiet area and no noise from the airport.
