WaterFront Boutique Hotel

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via hotels.com.
* sewer gas smell in the bathrooms (first video - leak in the connection from the sink to the sewer, water draining to the floor)
* Air Conditioner did not cool rooms.
* dead bugs in the headboards.
* bar downstairs playing loud music until 3am
* No in room safe, no safe at the front desk, and a letter in the room saying not to leave your valuables as the hotel would not be responsible for theft
* no elevator

We checked out after only one night, as no alternative arrangements were offered by the hotel to rectify the sewer gas, AC, or bug issues when we brought it up to the front desk. (Spoke to Sha & Ms. Neo)

The hotel refused to refund any of the costs when contacted by hotels.com.

Don't stay here.

This place was great and location is so strategic! So convinient and most importantly it's relaxing! Staff were friendly.

Overall was a good stay just need to improve the bad odour from the toilet. maybe put some air freshener kind of thing will help

Nice minimalist hotel large room for dancing 😃 with balcony overlooking pond & seafront. Avoid rooms near noisy pub. Walking distance to esplanade & shops. Good for putting your feet up bcoz not much to do in PD 😋

Next to the town, and also next to the beach. So convenient

Seaview And comfortable

Room was clean & check in was quite fast too. Room actually had a partial sea view only. Overall it was great. Thank you

Cleanliness of room and location hotel near to beach. Suitable for relaxing and family vacation. Hotel also near to fast food restaurant (mcd, starbuck, kenny roger's).
A bit noise at the night because has a pub.

The room is comfortable. But if you stay with old people, better choose different hotel since there is no lift in this hotel and the stairs is steep.

very nice room. with nice view. have walking distance supermart, mcd, starbuck, and even malls

i check out the same night to another hotel. My children would liike to enjoy swimming pool and at the beach. Both are not available at this hotel.

Not enjoyable at all. No lift. So climbing the steep stairs to the room with your luggage was painful.

The room is very big but feel very empty. No wardrobe and no fridge. the environment is clean and good.

The location is easy to find. Staff quite friendly. i booked for double-queen room and the room is okay.
Water shower / wash basin flow not so good. Night time the sorrounded area were very noisy until 3am. Alots of cafe and pubs at the ground floor. Not advisable if having baby or kids to stay there.

Good area to relax

The hotel was very nice..the staffs,rooms,and all. Until u reach late night where there is a disco or club something like that keep on playing loud music and of course this really disturbed ur nice sleep time. The club is just on the first lvl below my room.Should improve this. Overall excellent.

Its was good but the air cond was to hot

Overall was up to standard, except wifi coverage was weak.

Went there with other 2 friends. Room very comfortable. But only the air-conditioner functioning quite slow at first, however after half an hour all is just nice :) Recommended for person who want to stay sea view room with reliable price.

lighting is too dim. Would like to go to good places for seafood, but no such services was provided.
would like to go to town area, but no transport was provided in the hotel
