We will not return to this hotel.
Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid extra for a Premium Deluxe King room. We have never stayed in a hotel before that had no fridge and was this dirty, which was shocking. The room lacked basic amenities — no fridge and only one set of toothbrushes, even though we were travelling with a child. We were also charged extra for an additional towel, which felt unreasonable and unwelcoming.

When we asked for extra pillows, we were required to sign a loan form just to prove we requested them, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. There were visible coffee stains on the floor and walls, and we even found a lizard in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. The walkways are not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to move around the hotel.

There is no restaurant and no breakfast provided, adding further inconvenience. Overall, the standard of cleanliness, service, and facilities was far below expectations for the price paid. We would not recommend this hotel.
