Al Majaz Premiere Hotel Apartment

Great Location! We were easy walking distance to the Buhairah Corniche, Al Noor Island (Butterfly Park), Al Majaz Park (across the street) and many other sites in the area. There were loads of restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a mini-mart next to the hotel.

Check in was great. The hotel porter greeted us with a smile and loaded up our luggage. The gentlemen at the front desk were very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Each time we left or returned to the hotel we were always warmly greeted by the staff.

We were in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit and it was HUGE! Being it was just my wife and I, we really didn’t need the larger unit, but it was nice to have the space to leave our suitcases open on in the spare bedroom. The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and having his (hallway bathroom) and hers (master bath) was nice.

We only used the kettle and microwave in the kitchen, but it was nice to have a full size refrigerator to keep our drinks and leftovers cold.

The unit is showing it’s age, but for the price it was perfect for us!

Every thing was good, the only problem is that sometimes I call the room service to come clean but they do not come.

Nice, clean and quiet place

Great place for families. The hotel is clean and comfy. Also, it’s close to the lake and the park.

Spacious apartment. The room is Clean. It is Near the lake and almajaz park. The stuff are very kind and helpfull.

Fantestic location near every things . However room services not proper done while our stay as always missing items in the room. TV channels just for Eygptian people as there was no sport channel such as Bein sports channels. Main bedroom has carpet which getting bad smell as no hotel nowadays using
carpets. Beside kitchen not equipped with many items which should be.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
Since arrival, they are asking us a private questions of relationships as we traveled as friends for Yanni's concert
they ruined our mood in those 2 days of vacation
wish we stayed in Dubai and we drove to sharja better than this treatment

The staff don’t respect as well as their manager, he defended his staff rather than saying sorry and closed the subject, plus he started shouting at us in the lobby...everytime we go to the hotel they stopped us not to go to our room to check our pictures in their documents
Room services is low, they not supplying enough toileters and they know that we are a group staying in one room
i dont know how a big company as hotels.com have this hotel in their list

The place was clean...
I had the most terrible experience with the reception staff, they were asking for our ID every time we getting to the hotel.. Asking inappropriate questions, disrespectful behavior... The check in was untolerated with Egyptian receptionist.
For me this is the last time I would book in this hotel.

Stayed for 10 days with my family, great location, walking distance to the lake, and to many restaurants . Very friendly staff.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the hotel is right across from a park.

I was staying here to exhibit at the Sharjah Expo.
We stayed in their 2 bedroom suite which is extremely spacious and comfortable and clean.
Its well priced business hotel in Sharjah, it was my first visit but i found it close 5min walk to King Faisal road which has many restaurants.

The conceirge was little slow sometimes, but overall it was good service.
