La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel ..'la propreté des lieux...le petit déjeuner

Pour moi la literie est trop dure.

Very good hotel - could easily be great
Pros:

Confortable stay. Nice, big, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was murky and uninviting. I was given no details about the hotel’s twin which, apparently, offered alternative facilities. When I asked at reception I was not given the right information. The excursions desk was abandoned every time we looked for help.

Pros:

L’acceuil, la qualité des chambres et du petit déjeuner sont impeccables! Parfaitement situé et dans une rue calme, on a tellement aimé qu’on y est retourné, notre etape d’arrivée et de départ du Cambodge !

Pros:

They offer a very rich breakfast with barrista coffee and eggs to order along with a wide selection of fresh and cooked foods. The front staff is extremely helpful and go out off their way to please the guests. You can't beat the location -- shopping center next door and the National Museum across the street. We stayed 8 nights and didn't feel one of them was overstaying our welcome. We would certainly stay there again.

Pros:

De kamers waren ruim en netjes. Het ontbijt was klein maar voldoende. De lobby was heel mooi ingericht. Locatie was op loop afstand van de Royal palace maar wel rustig.

Cons:

Er was een zwembad op het dak maar dat was klein en zag er vies en verlaten uit. Ook de bar die er ooit was, is verlaten. Er was nog een tweede zwembad maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt en zijn we ook nooit over geïnformeerd dat die er was.

Gutes Hotel, mit Abzügen für nicht vorhandene aber angegebene Ausstattung

Zimmer , Frühstück und Personal waren hervorragend, ebenso die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Wenn ich bei den Suchkriterien angebe, dass ich ein Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar wählen möchte (ist abends als Alleinreisende schon mal angenehmer), dann bring es mich nicht weiter, wenn ich die Annehmlichkeiten nur in einem anderen Hotel mit Fußweg um den Block nutzen kann. In einem solchen Fall muss in der Hotelbeschreibung explizit darauf hingewiesen werden.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff was great.
The beds were firm the pillows almost too puffy!

Cons:

The hall carpets needed cleaning as did the upholstery in room chairs.
There is not a spa at this hotel, it is at their sister hotel.
There is one small pool at this location.

Das Frühstück und das Personal- sie waren sehr freundlich. Besonders im Frühstückservice

Cons:

Dass der Balkon 2 m vom Nachbarhaus weg war- keinerlei Ausblick nur Häuserwände.
Der Pool ist eigendlich ein wirlpool, winzig und ungepflegt, keine Ahnung wo die Bilder aufgenommen wurden. Keine bar. Der Pool im Erdgeschoss ist eigentlich ein Teich in der Lobby..Man kann ins Schwesterhotel gehen, aber auch der Pool ist halb so gross, wie er auf den Bildern erscheint. Die Bar ist allerdings schön, das Personal sehr nett und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Den Spa kann man vergessen. Die Masseurin fragt nicht, auf was sie achten muss, hat 3 mal den Raum verlassen und mehr den Kopf massiert, obwohl ich eine Schulter Massage gebucht hatte, es war dad Geld nicht wert.

המיקום מעולה. ממש מול בית חב"ד וקרוב למרכז.

Cons:

החדר לא ממש תאם את התמונות. בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מבחר. חדר האמבטיה היה ריח של ביוב. מגבות משומשות וישנות.
