Great hotel, great stay
Pros:

Staff was super kind, nice room, nice breakfast, calm and without noise.

Cons:

Not really a negative point but they leave the sprinklers on and the wood chairs get wet and stain the towels! Maybe something to fix

Ok, will not eat there though.

Location was great. Staff were nice.

Cons:

There were a lot of flies in the hotel. It goes in your room when you open the doors. It is all over the food in the breakfast area. The food was good, but flies are getting on it. There was also a resident cat that goes close to you when eating. Will be a problem of you are allergic because the cat belongs to the hotel.

Location, staff really nice, facilities are good but need an improvement.

Cons:

Inside pool not really warm, chlorine use that impact the eyes, broken window in the balcony that almost created some injuries in our kid, someone need to look into to this amazing space but need improvement to become again an 4 stars hotel. To many flies everywhere.
