The staff were lovely and very helpful at all times.
Being able to park just outside the hotel also a plus point.
The property is kept clean but run down and in need of maintenance.
The bath had some sort of varnish/sealant that had been applied along the edge of the tiles/bath and dripped down the side, and left there after it had dried.
The glass partitions between the neighbouring terraces was broken/missing.
Breakfast offering was not great and there were flies on the food that was laid out with nothing to cover it up.

Foi tudo muito bom. Localização, conforto, serviço, café da manhã, estacionamento próprio. Quartos amplos, equipe gentil. Os proprietários do hotel possuem um Restaurante na Vila de Óbidos - O Conquistador. Muito bom. Se for lá, avise que é hóspede do hotel para ganhar uma dose de ginja de cortesia.
O único problema foram moscas em excesso, que, conforme a rececpcionista, existe um aviário próximo que não cumpre as normas sanitárias, e acaba causando a ploriferação desses insetos nojentos no hotel e nos quartos.
