Goede aardige mensen geven goed antwoordt wat je maar vraag zeer behulpzaam

Cons:

We waren daar om 0 7.30 maar we kunnen pas om 14.00 incecken dus voor het doorgeven van onze aankomst heeft geen nut want het was al betaald.
In het hotel in Jakarta kon het wel wij waren daar ook heel vroeg we moesten wel eenextra bijdrage doen das niet erg we zijn te moe van het teizen.

Comfortable, welcoming, and amazing service

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us, and the amenities made sure we were most comfortable during our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very refreshing.

Pros:

L'emplacement était génial car pleins de commerces et restaurants à côté, la plage était à 10 min de marche mais ça se fait facilement et on tombe au centre ville.
Le personnel très gentil, les chambres spacieuses et propres.

Cons:

J'étais au 5ème étage et le WiFi ne passait pas bien la haut, et l'eau chaude également n'était pas très chaude mais ça passait et pas insurmontable.
Le WiFi captait très bien en bas à la réception.

Desayuno muy básico y malo. tienes te y café. Omelete y nada mas. Las frutas 2 opciones y sin sabor. Mermelada y miel tóxicas super adulteradas y opciones de comidas típicas que si eres extranjero no comes...no sirve si eres occidental. Además la habitación 513 tenía un olor desagradable a alcantarilla durante dia y especialmente en la noche. Me despertó el mal olor. No es 4 estrellas. Además tiene tostadas francesas qur si se acabaron no estan dispuestos a hacerte mas

We got a cheap deal with this hotel room/breakfast and yes you get what you paid for we understand.

Staff very helpful, breakfast, dinner meals were good, pool was refreshing and maintained clean, room was cleaned each day, 2x water bottles supplied each day, fresh towels each day,

My advice is to not stay in ground floor room's 101 to 105 the traffic noise echoing through the large opening at front desk area was horrendous nearly non stop all night, the mattresses and pillows were like rocks we had to go and buy pillows, room 101 my wife and I were in was the worst, we had to get up twice to tell them to stop talking very loud, and with the traffic noise made on/off sleep all night, oh and yes we asked for change of room, none available, we booked for 7 nights.
