The Marly Boutique Hotel & Spa

The staff was the best part of our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. They made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their level of hospitality was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. They even helped us arrange and book all of our activities, making our stay completely stress-free.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options to start the day. The rooftop was amazing, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The location was perfect. A short Uber ride to Table Mountain and other attractions. The ocean view room is magical. But what really makes the experience is the wonderful and attentive staff. From the porter to the front desk, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at The Marly. The room was gorgeous, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room service was excellent, and the view and location were perfect for our trip.

The hotel is gorgeous with everything you could possibly want. Staff service was impeccable and so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

The front desk staff was fantastic!

Although the desk, facility staff were all exceptional, mgmt team failed to adhere to 5* luxury hotel customer service when the amenities one expects from this type hotel with a premium rate fails to meet normal operating expectations! For example, A/C first night inoperable combined with terrible noise that resulted in no sleep followed up by no water pressure during shower next morning. Despite this fact noted by the repairman the next day, hotel mgmt refused to offer any credible consideration aside from if we returned at a later date “something” may be done!
After reading other reviews with similar issues, this appears to be common operating procedures!

I can not say enough good things about this property and its staff. I was with a group of 40 for 1 week here and every day got better. The staff is so excellent and the property is so dialed in.

I had the most wonderful 2 night stay at The Marly. My overall experience was 10/10. The staff are so warm and friendly, my room (classic sea-facing) was stunning - sleeping to the sounds of the waves and smelling the fresh sea air was such treat. Location wise - cant get better - beach, shops, coffee bars, restaurants are all within walking distance. Highly recommend The Marly for a solo, family, romantic or business stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Marly! Shoutout to Jea and Patson for making us feel right at home instantly on arrival - their energy and positivity really stood out and set the tone for such a fun and relaxing stay! We were sad to leave and would definitely return for longer next time, a great way to round out a busy trip through South Africa chilling and enjoying the beach, views and great restaurants within the collection. The service throughout the hotel and dining venues was amazing, with really kind and happy servers who added to our experience.

Все идеально! Персонал ко всем просьбам относился с пониманием и заботой! Чистые номера! Шикарный вид с территории бассейна! Не пугайтесь, когда пишут, что вход через торговый цент. На такси через паковку заехали ко входу отеля. Тут же вышли нас встречать! Подготовили номер по-раньше. Торговый центр очень милый, там немного магазинов, но можно купить разные мелочи. При отеле 5 ресторанов, везде вкусно!
