From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the check-in process quick and seamless.
Our Premium Room was spacious, bright, and airy, with high ceilings that created an especially comfortable atmosphere. The welcome amenities provided in the room were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Thanks.

Location was good, room was large and it seemed pretty clean. Good working air con too.
The bathroom that had a window in the shower that faced the room with a blind that could only be accessed from the room side.
The breakfast was convenient by starting right there in the hotel and was your standard hotel breakfast with numerous options. It wasn’t amazing but it was a solid start.
Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and never really cooled down. We were there in early June but it was upper temps so really glad we weren’t there in July or August. There was also a noise that sounded like a plane was landing above us.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal an der Reception, dem Eingang, im Frühstücksraum und das Reinigungspersonal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr gross und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert. das Hotel hat unsere Erwatungen übertroffen.

La struttura si distingue per l'eleganza degli ambienti, curati nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzati da uno stile raffinato che trasmette immediatamente una piacevole sensazione di comfort e qualità. La pulizia è impeccabile, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni, a testimonianza dell'attenzione costante dedicata agli ospiti.
Ottima la colazione, davvero ricca e varia, con un'accurata selezione di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità.
Ciò che rende però questo hotel davvero speciale è il suo staff: giovane, dinamico, professionale e sempre attento alle necessità del cliente. Ho apprezzato moltissimo i tanti piccoli dettagli e le premure che hanno accompagnato il soggiorno, gesti che fanno la differenza e che dimostrano una sincera passione per l'ospitalità.

Great welcome, wonderful staff, very helpful recommendations for places to visit, very clean room, good breakfast (with a nice welcome), good location (near tram 28, etc. popular, beautiful places). Nice surprises in the room - Ginja liqueur and port wine. Beautiful Lisbon and very nice people - we enjoyed our stay wonderfully. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🤗 🤗 🤗
