The staff were very friendly. Breakfast very good.

L’emplacement est idéal, dans le centre de Lisbonne. Nous étions au 3ème étage en fond de couloir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention et la grande gentillesse du personnel. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et très confortables. La notre était assez spacieuse (pour 3 en famille) le lit supplémentaire pour notre fils était très confortable également. Le petit déjeuner est copieux (buffet). A noter également des petites attentions parfois le soir pour l’apéritif (Gâteaux, liqueur de cerise… génial !) et aussi ce moment partagé avec le directeur de l’hôtel qui a proposé une dégustation de vin (nous n’étions pas les seuls, le manager nous indiquait essayer de le faire 2 fois par semaine pour rencontrer ses clients et échanger avec eux et je précise que ce n’est pas pour nous vendre du vin…). En toute franchise, pas besoin de ce moment pour bien noter l’hotel, il est déjà excellent, mais c’était un moment très agréable et apprécié. Merci pour ce moment très humain!

A four star hotel with five star vibes, we were treated so well from the start. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, perfectly positioned, right in the heart of Lisbon. And we were triple-upgraded as well! We'll definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, making it easy to walk to most major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The hotel manager welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely touch. To our surprise, they sent another gift on our last day — a gesture that truly reflects their attention to detail and care for guests.
Breakfast is included and offers a great start to the day. They happily prepare eggs just the way you like them upon request, and everything was fresh and delicious.
Most of all, the staff made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, personalized experience in a fantastic location.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l’hôtel et le service du petit déjeuner. Tout était très bon. La décoration très moderne et claire des chambres. Les petites mignardises offertes dans la chambre, les petites attentions tel les chocolats sur l’oreiller…. La situation est parfaite , proximité des taxis bus tramways et tuk tuk.

Чудовий готель в центрі Лісабона. Розташування зручне, на тихій вулиці. Розмір та чистота номера, наявність кавоварки та смаколиків, халатів, фена та косметики робить перебування в готелі приємним. Ліжко зручне, велике, є вибір подушок, зачиняються ставні на вікнах. Для якісного сну ідеально. Персонал робить свою роботу на відмінно. Сніданки достатні, є невеликий вибір блюд. Загалом, готель душевний, можу його радити однозначно. І сама повернулась би при нагоді.

Henkilökunta oli harvinaisen ystävällistä ja huolenpito muutenkin erinomaista. Tuntui siltä, että meidän todella tahdottiin viihtyvän. Ja se onnistui! Lisäksi huoneemme oli siisti ja toimiva.

We had an amazing seven night stay. The location is perfect, very close to everything. The room was clean with daily room service. We received lots of treats from the staff. For example birthday cake, champagne and chocolate. The bathroom and pillows were comfortable. The shower is huge and comfortable as well. Breakfast not very varied but fresh and tasty. Many thanks.
