The team was very sensitive to any enquiry, adding water, coffee every day

Cons:

The hotel is located next to padestrian street, so no car could come next to the hotel when it was raining or when had luggage.
No view from the balcony. See the back of the hotel and the logistic area.

Localização excelente, atendimento impecável, quarto super confortável, banheiro amplo… café da manhã delicioso incluindo espumante e pastel de nata… mimos no quarto como chocolate, bombom de morango, pastel de nata e vinho do Porto…
A rua do hotel não tem como passar carro mas o local onde os carros param é muito perto da entrada do Hotel, distância de uns 30 metros apenas… excelente custo benefício!!! Adoraria voltar!!!

O vidro é só meio box então molha todo o chão ficando desconfortável…

El encanto de un hotel maravilloso en una ciudad que es mágica

Un hotel realmente maravilloso, con detalles increíbles y una atención inmejorable de su personal. Su ubicación es excelente y tienes todo Oporto al alcance de la mano. Desayuno realmente muy bueno y con una atención que merece ser destacada, en especial de los jóvenes que te reciben y te indican y asignan mesa. Excelentes!!!!. Tiene un encanto particular en una ciudad que de por sí es bellísima.

Cons:

Como se encuentra ubicado en calle peatonal es complicado arribar en automovil. Sería excelente que el Hotel tuviera un servicio de parking adherido al Hotel y con la posibilidad de transportar las maletas desde el mismo al Hotel, ya que las calles de Oporto son muy complicadas para movilizarse con maletas.

Excellent stay, wonderful staff & thoughtful surprises
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Portugal – Portugal Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in January as a family with our 11-year-old daughter and truly loved our stay. The room size was very good and comfortable, beautifully designed, with excellent beds, a separate bathtub and shower, a powerful hairdryer, and a coffee machine.

All staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the welcome drink and especially the lovely Portuguese pastry and wine surprise delivered to our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel very special. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the metro.

Honest feedback:
– The slippers were not disposable, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
– Breakfast variety was very limited, especially the hot options.

Despite these points, the overall experience was so positive that we happily give 10/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel.
