One of our best hotel stays ever - will definitely stay here again

Efficient and informative check-in (Alexandra). Excellent room with all facilities - the bed felt luxuriously comfortable.. Good breakfast choice, The hotel employees were super friendly and always ready to help. Gifts were sent to the room and were very much appreciated. Bath robes and slippers available in the bathroom, as well as bathroom scales. All in all a super short stay in Lisbon.

Cons:

There could have been more light by the television mirror. My wife wanted to sleep while I carried out some work on my laptop in the evening. It wasn't possible to just light that end of the room alone - I had to open bathroom door and use the light from there - I could hardly see the laptop keys.

Pros:

Premium Double room- spacious, very comfy bed and quality bedlinen, generous bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
Location- downtown!
Breakfast-excellent coffee and very good quality of food (maybe a bit more of diversity?)
Much appreciated gifts in the room: local pastries, chocolate, wine, liquor and even a bottle of sparkling wine in the last evening!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Superbe prestation au centre de Lisbonne

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans l’établissement et ces vacances ont été exceptionnelles par la qualité de l’accueil et les prestations. Nous avons été surclassé et dés les premiers jours ont nous a offert des petites spécialités du Portugal comme du Porto des pasteis de nata de la ginja . Nous parlons peu l’anglais cela n’a pas été un soucis . Même le transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel a été facile . Le petit-déjeuner très varié avec des fruits , gâteaux maison , salé et pour Pâques des petits sablés en forme de animaux pour les enfants . Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Nous recommandons cet hôtel avec un grand plaisir . De plus il est idéalement situé en plein centre ville au départ des trams mythique 28 et des bus et métro .

The exceptionally friendly staff and their attention to detail really made our stay. They went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was plentiful. We were surprised with the small tokens given to us in appreciation for our stay - it was a lovely thought. Thank you for making our Lisbon stay such a wonderful experience.
