unique and comfortable and safe hotel.
Pros:

Location great size space for our bedroom.
Beautiful room love that there was a bathtub and a shower separate
staff are incredibly helpful

Cons:

The carpet in our room had stains so we had to wear our slippers the whole time because it looked dirty

we were told breakfast was starting at 7 AM and there were several of us that had early morning flights and they didn’t open until 7:10 which for us was a constraint since we had to leave by 7:20 I would recommend that you open at the time that you say you do not late

Affordable price, terrific location, top notch staff
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the staff is proactive and courteous. They arranged pick up for us from the train station and transport to the airport.

Facilities and room are high quality.

Cons:

The staff is very attentive and courteous. The room itself had a number of unique features, most of them good, but one very bad. The bathroom door swings into the bathroom and would hit the toilet. They have placed a metal door stop in the floor in front of the toilet that is in a location that almost assuredly will cause harm to toes, especially at night.

Outstanding staff, facilities, breakfast and atmosphere.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, right near Figieura square and Rossio square. Perfect for souvenir shopping and meals. It also has a market right around the corner.

Cons:

The People were fantastic, Diogo, Thiogo, Marvin and all the staff was wonderful, helpful and always pleasent.

Un séjour dans un hotel à la perfection.
Pros:

Tout était impeccable. La chambre est grande et confortable, le lit est parfait, la salle de bain aussi, le personnel est chaleureux et très serviable. Rien que des compliments pour cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner était aussi à la hauteur dún très bon hotel.

Cons:

Tout était bien. On pouvait rester une heure plus longtemps dans la chambre sans problème. J'ai tout apprécie et je reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Ein 4 Sterne-Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Premium-Doppelzimmer im 4. Stock. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß mit Sesseln und Schreibtisch, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasser und Minibar. Das Bad war unglaublich! Doppel-Waschbecken, Badewanne, Bidet, Toilette sowie Fön, Körperwaage, Hausschuhe und sämtliche Pflegemittel. Außerdem eine sehr große separate Dusche mit riesigem Regen-Duschkopf und extra Handdusche. Alles wurde jeden Tag peinlich saubergemacht. Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche einschließlich Sekt und Wein zum Räucherlachs. Es gibt eine sehr schöne geschützte Terrasse, auf der man sowohl frühstücken als auch abends ein Glas Wein trinken kann. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen einen Stadtplan und eine erste Orientierungshilfe. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, da man die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt alle sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Top Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Frühstück tipptopp und reichliche Auswahl.
Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Platz und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Mitten in der Altstadt. Fast alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Cons:

Parkhauskosten etwas hoch (15 Euro/Tag). Das Parkhaus selber ist sehr eng und verwinkelt. Nichts für schwache Nerven!
Sonst gibt es wirklich nicht zu bemängeln.

Not living up to 4-star expectations
Pros:

Hotel room as large, bathroom with bathtub and two showers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice location in old town

Cons:

Breakfast options ordinary, you could order e.g., an omelet but the staff did not inform you of this option. Coffee ordinary and the breakfast room felt tiny and crowded.
Staff was not going the extra mile to make you feel welcome, they were not in-polite but also not smiling or making you feel valued
