الاقامه كانت رائعه جدا

Staff in swiming ball is not nice specially the man from senegal asking for towel and I have 3 card for towel he reply and he looking to otherside no towel finish too much people and on that time 4 or 5 family only in the swimming pool I ask him even for 1 piece nothing after that I see aguest got 1 towel its so bad.
Also I don't like bed is so so hard can't know how to sleep but I wpuld like to thank the reception people they are so lovely and welcomed

Good hotel...still improving facilities...need ti improve privacy...staff very cordial...

Stay was gud. . room was cosy. . the air conditioning was perfect. . kept the room cool.. the disappointment was the pool.. it was dirty.. seems like it wasn't cleant for weeks. When askd a staff.. y is the pool dirty.. he said madam.. its clean... its coz of the colour of the tiles it looks this way... ya really.. the breakfast. . dont ask.. it was sad.

Located near the industrial complez and poor to access downtown.

Отель довольно хороший,просторный номер,недавно сделан ремонт.Установлен новый кондиционер,холодильник и прочая бытовая техника.Расположение от моря достаточно далеко,но это легко компенсируется если у Вас есть автомобиль и международное водительское удостоверение.Континентальный завтрак в отеле довольно скудный и однообразный,овощи и фрукты отсутствуют.

The place was a little crummy, but the workers were nice and helpful and the time was fun!

Si vous avez envie de fuir dubai c est le bon endroit, au milieu de nulle part et trop eloigne de dubai,le chemin est vraiment long et fatiguant pendant les heures d affluence,autrement dit presque tout le temps...
Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et l air conditionne laisse a desirer, eau "chaude" dans la salle de bain...a moins de la chauffer soi meme avec une casserole vous allez l attendre longtemps, se contenter du tiede, c est bon pour la sante parait il...
A part cela le personnel est courtois et le restaurant snack situe a l entree de l hotel est tres abordable et dispose d une carte qui n a rien a envier aux etablissement du centre de dubai.
Endroit paisible pour une retraite en famille.

The hotel itself was very nice but the location was a major issue. It was too far away from Dubai and was in the middle of nowhere. Long hours sitting in traffic trying to come back and forth from the city to the hotel. The room itself was very nice and the pool and surroundings were gorgeous.

المدير رائع وخدوم . موظفات الاستقبال ممتازات . الفندق بشكل عام عادى ويحتاج الى بعض الخدمات . كما ان المطبخ به رائحة رطوبة ولايوجد ادوات ليستخدمها الساكن . صوت المكيفات مزعج ز سكنة بفيلا غرفتين ولا يوجد سوا حمام واحد . الفندق بعيد عن دبي حوالي 62 كيلو . المدير الجديد متعاون والفندق متوجه الى الاحسن حيث لاحظت بداية تحسينات .

The staff was outstanding! They were always there for every of our requests. The free breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant on site had great meals at fantastic prices. Overall, myself, my wife and daughter had a great experience at the Royal Residence Hotel. It was truly ROYAL!!!

Stay was really nice because the hotel manager Mr. Ali welcomed us with love. The booking was done on the last moments so their system was not showing any booking, Mr. Ali swiftly helped us to check in.There was the BIG DISSATISFACTION , INTERNET , although the modem was fixed in our Villa but still there was no INTERNET SIGNALS. Sometimes 1 hour slow internet may come but for hours and hours, no signal at all.
