Pros:

The hotel is located in a great location in the city center, which is very convenient if you want to walk, to do shopping, visit restaurants, or get to the beach in 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can find help 24/7... They know how to take care of your needs (for example, they will prepare breakfast to go if you are leaving early in the morning, offer refreshing drinks on a hot day, etc.).

Cons:

Everything is wonderful at this hotel. This isn't the first time we've spent our "get-away-for-several-days" here. Choose an earlier time for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Nice but accommodations were inadequate for disabled

I like that the staff was.so friendly and helpful and the room was very clean

Cons:

That I could not get a disabled room with a shower and safety bars. Could not shower because I can't step into a bath tub it's very dangerous for me

Overrated hotel. Prizes "old" fashion over form.
Pros:

The lobby bathroom was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is not worth the price. The room smelled like covered up smoke the first night (we think they didnt have the air circulating early enough). It was smaller than most rooms. The carpet was frayed. The bathroom was small and the shower head lacked water pressure. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected for the price.

Hot, disappointed and ready to leave the next morning.

The outside and lobby was pretty and clean

Cons:

Once inside room, it was not what I expected. Wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom, vent fan did not work. When we walked into the room the Air conditioner said it was 69. It couldn’t have been because it was hot in there so we sweated all night. It never cooled off. The furniture was well worn and it just needs replaced. If the room reflected the lobby it would be great. Pool was dirty. Bugs floating and the bottom had sand all in it. Needed a good cleaning. We wouldn’t swim in it. Very disappointed. It was however in a great location.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We just wanted to extend our thanks to the staff who made us feel at home. Brandi checked us in an answered all our questions with such professionalism. And we could not leave out Summer who not only took care of an issue for us but she did with grace and such ease. We will be back!
