For stay 1 week everything ok.
Pros:

Breakfast got at the restaurant which located downstairs, get discount because of the hotel. Swimmingpool at the roof very good. Personal also ok.

Pratumnak with the Irish.
Pros:

The rooms were big and airy, the bar/restaurant O'Garas was excellent. Good food and happy hour all day 99 Baht a pint.

Cons:

The studios where I stayed are by the main road which is very noisy. You will hear motorbikes until 3am

Pros:

This hotel just to bee good, but now its really shit.
Noisy, dirty and only very hot water in shower or only cold. Will never stay here again.

An older hotel with big rooms, but undermaintained. Limit to short stays.

Big rooms. Good location. Probably ok for a short (1-3 night) stay.

Cons:

My initial room had electrical issues. The A/C wasn't working, and I had no hot water (tankless above the shower ceiling). The circuit breaker in the room tripped multiple times each day, including while I was away, so came back to no A/C & cold showers. The staff did address the issue each time, but it's apparent that this hotel has under-invested in basic maintenance. They eventually moved me to another room that was better. The rooms are big, but dated, and not as nice as the photos show. Given the price, I was expecting a far better experience. One of the front desk staff was friendly, the other was disinterested, surfing on her phone rather than helping..

Nice stay on Pratumnak soi 5! I recommend Tera Court and I'd book this hotel again.
Pros:

I had a spacious room, the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. I liked the location.

Cons:

The shower water temp didn't seem to warm up much, but it was okay.
