The spa was great. The room was spacious. It was relaxing.
It was a challenge to understand what was vegan, etc. when having breakfast.
The property was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the seamless access to all facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa. The entire team was professional and welcoming, with the spa staff providing particularly exceptional service and communication. I look forward to returning in the future.
My only minor concern was the breakfast selection. While the current offering is acceptable, I believe there is room for improvement in both product quality and variety. Given the hotel’s 4-star rating, I was expecting a slightly more premium experience in this area.

Mi habitación se caía a trozos. Hotel viejo y sin reforma . Por el precio me esperaba muchísimo más .
Da localização do aspecto interior e exterior, quarto muito confortável da simpatia dos colaboradores, excelente pequeno almoço bem como o jantar.
Está bien, muy tranquilo, relación calidad precio, lo único que deberían poner una botella de gua cada día y no solo el día de bienvenida.

Bardzo kameralny, ale posiada wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego wypoczynku. Apartamenty są bardzo przestronne – salon z sypialnią. My zajmowaliśmy apartamenty nr 205, 206 i 207 i mieliśmy bezpośrednie wyjście na ogród i basen – to naprawdę świetna sprawa. Dodatkowo z hotelu jest piękny widok na Maspalomas który można podziwiać zarówno podczas śniadania z restauracji jak i z tarasu na którym są bardzo wygodne sofy
Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Sala fitness jest świetnie wyposażona, a na zewnątrz znajduje się duży basen. Do dyspozycji gości jest również strefa SPA z jacuzzi, saunami itd.
Śniadania bardzo smaczne, choć może troszkę monotonne ( to taki jedyny mini minus, ale dodam ze MINI :)) i przepyszne świeżo wyciskane soki do każdego śniadania. Dodam ,że cały personel bardzo , ale to bardzo miły i pomocy :)
Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! 🌴☀️

Alles ist wunderbar und die perfekte Lage und Ruhe. Die Grösse der Zimmer (Appartement) einfach genial und wunderschön in den Farben und den goldigen Assesuars. Man fühlt sich pudelwohl dort.
Nichts
Frokosten er bra, men kanskje litt kjedelig. Har vært gjest i flere år, og menyen har vært den samme.
Min leilighet har aldri sol.
