Pros:

Das Zimmer war grosszügig gestaltet. Das Hotel ist schön um den Pool angelegt, wodurch das Gebäude einen guten Windschutz bietet. Der SPA-Bereich ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fitnessgeräte befinden sich in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte stellenweise etwas zurückhaltend in der Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Depot für den Bademantel kann aktuell nur bar hinterlegt werden, Kartenzahlung ist hierfür nicht möglich. Die Zimmerreinigung könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein – beispielsweise wurden Shampoo sowie Kaffeekapseln nicht regelmässig aufgefüllt.

Lugar con unas vistas muy bonitas a Maspalomas, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, con una terraza donde poder disfrutar de las vistas.
Piscina climatizada. Acceso al SPA y donde poder disfrutar de un masaje, con un personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Hay una clara falta de mantenimiento y/o renovación en varias zonas, sobre todo en el spa, donde en los techos de la piscina ves la pintura descolgándose, o los asientos de la sauna muy desgastados y rotos, con falta de piezas.
El baño de la habitación tenía un olor algo desagradable y el acceso a la bañera es bastante incómodo por el muro tan ancho que hay que pasar.
El desayuno tenía poca variedad y poca calidad para un cuatro estrellas.
La carta del almuerzo también es muy pobre, en cuanto a calidad, es cierto que es un bar piscina pero los sandwiches deberían ser mejores. Solo comimos una vez.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable with good facilities. The heated pool was great and so was the spa. Staff were all friendly and the view was fantastic. Great location for walking to bars and restaurants and to the dunes.

Cons:

Only minor point: the spa shuts at 6.45 but the evening is really when you want to use it after the sun has gone. Also no evening bar or restaurant so you do need to venture out.

The room, pool area, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed the Spa

Cons:

The sauna in the Spa is an absolute disgrace. There is a danger of somebody getting injured. Sauna benches, with wood coming off. Sauna benches being unstable and rickety jagged pieces of wood sticking out. Health and safety nightmare

Nettes, ruhiges Hotel mit stilvollen, grossen und zweckmässig ausgerüsteten Zimmern
Pros:

Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, schöne Aussicht auf den Park, grosszügige Räume und komplett ausgestattet. Balkon oder Sitzplatz. Schöne Poolanlage. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Dorfes.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten wie geringe Mängel, da das Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu ist. Distanz zum Meer in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
