Pros:

Elhelyezkedése, buszmegállók a közelben. Gyalog és busszal minden elérhető volt. Wellness, játék terem, golf, napozó terasz a tetőn. Bőséges svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora.

Cons:

Gépház közeli szoba, ezért hangos volt. Továbbá a booking óceánra néző szobával kínálta a szobát, ehhez képest a kopár, sziklás, továbbá építési területre és az autópályára néző zajos szobát kaptam.

Scam, overbooked.
Pros:

Scam. Although we received the booking confirmation, when we arrived at the reception with our 5 month old baby, they said they are fully booked. Good luck finding something at 9pm.

Cons:

The staff was more sour than a lemon.

Vel heppnuð Jóla - og áramótaferð.
Pros:

Maturinn var heilt yfir ágætur. Það var alltaf hægt að finna eitthvað. Frábært að geta pantað mat við sundlaugarbarinn, eins og pizzur og plankasteik.

Cons:

Þjónustufólk við afgreiðslu voru ekki nógu hjálpleg. Þrif á herberginu var ábótavant. Það var ekkert eftirlit uppi á þakinu þar sem sólbaðaðstaðan er. Klósetaðstaðan þar er alveg skelfileg.

Only two members of YOUR staff ruined a perfect trip!
Pros:

Spa being included in hotel

Cons:

Found the male receptionist pretty rude our whole stay. The worst member of staff was the tall female chef with tattoos. We wanted to complain at the reception but didn’t have time as we had checked out already and our taxi was waiting. Won’t be back again just because of her! All other staff members were very hospitable
