Stayed here twice over a 2 week trip, nice and clean - plenty to do. Showers are nice but hot water can be slightly hit and miss at peak times . Mega comfy bed, huge TV safe etc.. there is a single 10meter pool on site - not 10 pools ! Friendly helpful staff

This hotel is ok and had a revamp since I last visited.!! On the plus side the room was nice bed comfortable, and lovely big TV on the wall, on the minus side the shower was awful really hit and miss you got Luke warm water at best and that went on the whole of my 3 week stay, the cleaners still don’t understand the do not disturb sign, it was the same 2 years ago.! And the lift is so slow beyond belief

Hard to beat.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great sized room. Daily house keeping with two waters. No iron or ironing board. Close to all soi bukhoaw and second road, 711’s massage parlours central mall, other food places, multiple laundries. My new go to place in Pattaya. Internet was also good.

Always stay here when I'm in Pattaya. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Terrific location close to bars,restaurants and shopping malls and only a few minutes walk to the beach..

Hotel is in a very convenient position as a sports fan all i need do is cross a narrow soi amd im in hemmingways sports bar. If i was to moan of about anything the bed is a little too hard for me and the one and only lift is very slow. So get a low floor and use the stairs

Pros:

It was directly opposite some pubs and can be noisy till about 3-4am. The staff were not that friendly and the hotel was going through renovations. Bed was not comfy and most importantly, the hot water was inconsistent during shower. And water pressure was not strong.
