Good Infrastructure but bad management
Pros:

Good infrastructure but looks like total management neglect of a property which could have been a real 3-star hotel. If this is a chain of hotels, I will avoid it in in other places as well.

Hopeless hotel in secunderabad
Pros:

The worst hotel in Secuderabad, service is pathetic, linens were dirty, even the changed linen was dirty, plumbing condition is poor, insufficient lighting in room.

Pros:

I had one bad experiance with you.i have booked hetel room thru your website.print out of booking shows i get complimwntary breakfast where as united 21 hotel refused to honor complimentary break fast. Finally on last day of my stay they agreed to honor commitment after lot of arguments. I requst look into this matter and not to harrass costomers during their stay
