Pros:

Es céntrico , tiene todo lo necesario a mano y además está cerca de todos los centros comerciales

Cons:

Desde las 8 de la mañana se escuchaban muchos golpes , como rodaban las camas , el personal se hablaba de un bloque a otro, se escuchaba como tiraban las tapas del baño mientras limpiaban … no se puede descansar …

Modernized but noisy
Pros:

Newly renovated rooms, pretty near to the beach but still a walk. A nice cross ventilation that keeps the room cool. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Cons:

Noisy! Saturday morning they are assembling the market opposite, and at night there is a lot of noise from the bars opposite.
To get to Maspalomas/Yumbo is a really long walk. You have to pay extra for the gym and for WiFi if you want to use it in more than one device 😔😬

Con el dinero de la reserva, más lo que hay que pagar después, directamente voy a un hotel mejor.
Pros:

Lo único que me gustó fue la piscina , la de los niños y la que esta justo la de al lado, que era de adultos , porque las otras dos no tiene nada que ver con estas ,a parte que una de ellas estaba en obras.

Cons:

Mucha gente se queja de que las fotos, no son iguales a la habitaciones, pero es que esas fotos no son de las habitaciones estándar, aunqe hay muy pocas publicadas, entre las fotos de las habitaciones superiores.
Además hay que pagar el alquiler por día por las toallas(1,50€).
El gimnasio 5€/día.
El WiFi gratis en recepción y habitaciones superiores, el resto a pagar.(14€ ,2Dias/2dispositivos)
El parking es pequeño, y esta casi todo ocupado por propietarios y sus familiares , lo que hace que el huésped, tenga que aparcar fuera del parking.
Sin contar el ruido de la música de la zona comercial que esta justo al frente de hotel , hasta la madrugada se escucha la música, como si la tuviera puesta yo en mi habitación.
Además de que en las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y que dormir en una esterilla y los colchones y almohadas del hotel es lo mismo.

Las las zonas comunes están súper bien. La zona de juegos para los niños es inmejorable.
