Great location, great restaurant.
Pros:

Location was great, right in the middle of Dolomite. Dynamic mountain view. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic. Tasty, very nice staffs. Great service.

Cons:

Room was a bit simple, kids were sleeping on the bunk beds, for the price of stay, the room could have been a bit bigger and beds could have been more comfortable.

Bester Service, ein gutes Zimmer, hochwertiges Essen - und das alles in historischem Gemäuer.
Pros:

Toller Service in allen Bereichen, hier kann man lernen, wie Service geht. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade, das ist natürlich immer toll, herzlichen Dank nochmal. Auch wurde uns für das Motorrad eine Garage angeboten, was wir gerne annahmen. Der Wellnessbereich wurde extra für uns angemacht, sodass wir saunieren konnten. Es lohnt sich, diesen Bereich zu nutzen.
Das Hotel selbst ist auch ein Stückweit eine Erinnerung an den WW1, der in den Alpen damals aufs bitterste geführt wurde. Verschiedene Relikte aus dieser Zeit werden hier erhalten und können bestaunt werden. Das Essen war ein echtes Erlebnis, wir haben hervorragend zu Abend gegessen. Der Preis dafür ist absolut in Ordnung, Guido hat uns bestens bedient, danke mein Lieber. Das Frühstück war gut, dann mussten wir weiter, die Alpenpässe warteten. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had
Pros:

The room looked nice and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The staff was rude. I traveled solo, but got a double room because I like a big bed. However the double bed only had one pillow and a blanket for one on it. The first night I had about 100 bugs in the room. Which i delt with, but the day after the floor wasn't even vacuumed. Then on the second morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 7.45 am and didn't even wait for a response to come in...I expected a lot better for the price I payed.
