ATTENZIONE VOLANTINAGGIO IN CAMERA!!!
Pros:

Lo staff di cucina ed i camerieri sono eccezionalmente cortesi e professionali, nonostante il buffet sia della colazione, che della cena sia abbastanza povero di scelte, i cuochi fanno un ottimo lavoro, con quello che hanno a disposizione. Una cuoca in particolare mi ha colpita, una ragazza dolcissima, che mi spiegava e consigliava, con grande entusiasmo e cortesia, ogni piatto presente nel buffet. La pizza è veramente eccezionale

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente basso. La struttura è vecchia e visibilmente non curata, avevamo una junior suite e nel bagno il rubinetto si muoveva fino a ruotare di 160 gradi ed il lavabo era tappato. Nonostante la mia richiesta di avere un letto unico, unito almeno dalle lenzuola e dalle coperte, abbiamo trovato due letti singoli con coperte singole, praticamente una coppia è obbligata a dormire separata. Nella stanza non erano presenti gli amenities, quindi avendo bisogno del dentifricio e dei dischetti struccanti ho chiamato la reception, la risposta è stata "ci sono stati tolti per il COVID "... Quindi 4 anni fa! Quindi essendo esistito il COVID il cliente deve andare a comprare dentifricio balsamo, cottonfioc, dischetti struccanti, insomma tutto quello che non si mette in valigia, prenotando una junior suite in un hotel da 200€ a notte. Le ciabattine sono taglia unica numero 40, quindi mio marito non le ha potute usare perché aveva mezzo piede di fuori, accappatoio idem, dimensione puffo, gli arrivava sopra alle ginocchia e le maniche ai gomiti, dire che sia sentiva ridicolo è minimizzare. Nei letti le coperte ti arrivano sopra il giro vita, anche quelli fatti per i puffi, abbiamo dovuto chiedere una coperta supplementare per coprirci petto e spalle.
Nella spa il bagno torno non funziona, il getto di acqua grande neanche, ed una delle due poltrone idromassaggio presenti, è anch'essa fuori uso. Inoltre questo hotel ha la piena convinzione che in una spa vadano lasciate le finestre aperte, anche a febbraio, quindi l'acqua è fredda, e quando esci dalla sauna rischi un infarto da congelamento, vista la bassa temperatura nella spa.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel :)
Pros:

The balcony was very nice with a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable, the cleaning crew did a very good job and the breakfast was good. Also the reception staff were very nice and helpful :)

Cons:

The tv was quite small but it wasn’t a big problem, and the shower sometimes just randomly turned super hot which was not so nice but other than that it’s was a nice stay.

Pros:

Snyrtilegt og gott hótel, með heitum potti á svölum sem var frábært og mikið notaður. Mjög fínn morgunmatur

Hótelið stendur hátt uppi í hæð og margar tröppur niður í bæ, örugglega erfitt fyrir mjög fótafúna.
