Staff were very friendly, location was good.
Needs attention, mould in bathroom, hooks hanging off wall, panel hanging off bath, room was dirty on arrival. Pillow had blood on it!!
Told hotel & they did re clean room but they missed the point about the mould & shabbiness etc! Also people smoking on balconies was VILE! Shame as the staff were fab & they did try to help but there was only so much they could do.
El personal del hotel muy amables muy buen trato
In a good area & around 200 steps down to main strip. Hotel & breakfast were first class as we only did B&B. Nice & quiet around the pool as it’s adult only. Didn’t get to use the spa but a lot seem to be walking in & out of it. Rooms excellent & had a little kitchen in it which had everything. Big Balcony which had the sun all afternoon until it set. Super market in the hotel or another just left of the hotel. Roof top bar if you want a quiet drink in the evening but no entertainment in the hotel. Staff very friendly & approachable. Great boat tours at the harbour if you want to visit other nearby towns, Mogan was beautiful. Definitely return.
Steps were not a problem for us but someone with walking difficulties might find the steps hard but there are plenty of taxi to get back up again to the hotel.
Habían muchos bichos... Cómo cucas en el hidromasaje no lo pude usar ya que nada más llegar vi las cucas !
Las paredes estaban muy sucias...
Me gustó todo, el servicio super amable siempre, las chicas de recepción, la gente que trabaja en el restaurante me parecieron un encanto, la comida super rica, las chicas de la limpieza un amor, la habt increíble. Lo de jacuzzi en la terraza me pareció lo mejor de lo de mejor, no tengo nada malo que decir el sitio, si puedo repito seguro

Очень приветливый персонал. Обслуживание номеров ежедневное. Завтраки однообразные, но выбор всегда большой. Ужины отличные, повара готовят превосходно заказанные вами блюда. Официанты очень приветливые и интеллигентные. Однозначно рекомендую данный отель для отдыха и проживания.
Не мешало бы сделать косметический ремонт.

estaba un pelin despegado la parte de abajo del jacuzzi pero no fue un problema porque la chica dijo q era normal

El trato del personal fue maravilloso
Fuimos a disfrutar del jacuzzi en la habitación y la sorpresa es que tenía el filtro sucio y cuando lo activamos sacaba suciedad, fueron a limpiarlo pero seguía igual y nos quedamos con ganas de disfrutar de lo que queríamos disfrutar

Todo fue excelente el trato de todo el personal muy amables muy limpio y bonito las vistas el lugar se presta para poder relajarse todo genial
