A great place to go.. Beautiful place with comfortable ambience... Can't wait to stay longer in this wonderful place

This is my 2nd time in Aruna Senggigi and 1st time booking a hotel transport and driver service
for our 5D4N Lombok trip, 29 Jan-2 Feb 2026.
Pak Dirman was assigned as our driver throughout the stay.

Pak Dirman is an extremely punctual, friendly, and responsible driver. From Day 1 to Day 5, he followed our itinerary well and also shared many interesting insights about Lombok, showing that he is very knowledgeable about the island.

He always discussed timing with us to ensure each day trip was meaningful and well-planned.
We appreciated his thoughtful service, such as arranging beach towels from the hotel when we visited Stokel & Benang Kelambu waterfalls and during our boat trip to the 3 Gilis.

My family was truly happy with his service. He played a big part in making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel and a nice place to stay in Lombok! Perfect for honeymoon as well. The view, design, and concept is magnificent.

Great room services, the room is very clean and the breakfast is superb. The location is good at the hear of senggigi area, near of fastfood (KFC), mini market, and bar if you want to walk around. The atmoshphere is convenient and relatively quiet even though the location is at the center of senggigi.

Everything was perfect, the place is lovely and everyone made the stay super comfortable 🥰 thank you and I will definitely come back when in Senggigi

It's a great place, the view is amazing, the place are strategically good. I would recommend for people who seek a good adventure.

Its a terrible stay in there, where is the bellboy, theres no bellboy there? And the receptionist is talking with each other that makes me feel uncomfortable, the room is nice, the breakfast good, but the service is bad

Lovely hotel.
Very quiet and calm. Lovely grounds kept well. Pool facilities and changing rooms.
Breakfast was good.
Hotel staff lovely. We even got given a gift bag at checkout as well at two free waters.

Really beautiful place! The pool is so lovely and the view is great:) the staff were all very friendly and always super helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast they served each morning, lots of options and tasty, and the beach is right across the road!

Quality Room with good bed and minibar, delightful enstablishment full of all the essentials for our stay.

This place is just amazing and very well located ! The place is clean and have a Starbucks inside of the hotel and on they own cafeteria they have a just amazing egg croissant!!! Staff are friendly and super supportive!
The beach’s around is just perfect, not crowded and clean!

Firstly the door on the wardrobe didn't work so we couldnt get to the safe. This was fixed and then we found the safe was not working!! This was picked and removed and replaced by a working safe. None were screwed into the wardrobe. Then the fridge wasnt working so they bought us one that looked like it came from someone's kitchen and therefore meant we lost a plug socket of which there werent many!
