Staff were extremely helpful and very lenient. Great place to stay in Agra, minutes away from The Diwaan Restaurant which was fantastic. Easily able to take a tuk Tuk to Taj Mahal within 8 minutes.

Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. All basic amenities were available.

Cons:

Initially the rooms had some issues. The electric kettles were defective. In one of the rooms, refrigerator was not there. But the management and staff were very prompt to attend to these issues.
