very bad services in the executive lounge. cups and glasses leave it on the table for long time and no service people to clean it up. morning breakfast not much food choice and the food you can see from the appearance is not fresh, should be leave over from yesterday or day before.

outstanding hotel and staff
Pros:

upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time.
