The property was okay but the bunk bed didn’t have safety on top an the ladder moved when climbing down it…
The staff are nice, but the people staying there are racist. I thought racism had changed but clearly not

Etablissement idéal pour vacances en famille, bien situé.

Hôtel très propre et staff très accueillant et sympathique.
Mais les chambres sont des chambres d'hôpital, les murs sont très fins. On avait en direct la TV du voisin de droite, celle du voisin de gauche et le karaoké du bar situé juste en dessous.

Les piscines sont super

Nos hizo un buen tiempo y pudimos disfrutar de la playa, que está súper cerca del hotel.
Las instalaciones son buenas y el trato del personal magnífico.

Let me start with the positive: the location is very good. The beach is one of the best in Spain and the water is crystal clear. Good for small children as there are hardly waves. The hotel is right at the beach. Just a nice walk down. The negative: we didn’t like the food so much. The rooms are small and our view was the garbage place of the hotel. What we disliked the most though were the people who come to this hotel. Mostly British families, extremely loud, drinking alcohol from the morning to the evening, smoking all the time. Think tattoos, football jerseys, bad manners. So if you want to have a bit of peace and quiet and are used to 4 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Besides the location, this hotel has little to offer. The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream cup). You even have to rent beach towels to use during your stay. If you're looking for some pools for your kids to play in, this is the place - if you're looking for an upscale all-inclusive resort, definitely skip this place.

Hôtel sympa dans un très bel environnement.
L'hôtel se compose de plusieurs bâtiments, répartis sur une assez grande surface avec 4 piscines, club pour enfants, animations,...et donc beaucoup de monde y circule.
Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffets qui sont assez répétitifs mais on y trouve quand même de quoi manger...dommage que le comportement de certains clients vient parfois gâcher la prise des repas.
Un grand merci à Isabel et son équipe qui font des efforts pour satisfaire chacun.
Les chambres sont de taille correcte, très propres avec des lits confortables.
L'accueil a été très agréable, un grand merci à Elena et toute l'équipe de la réception qui font de leur mieux pour toutes les demandes. Un simple sourire et un geste amical vous permettent de vous sentir chez vous.
Un point à améliorer c'est le nombre de places de parking pour PMR. Pour tout l'hôtel , il n'y en a que 2, c'est un peu limite!!!
Il faudrait également un règlement beaucoup plus strict notamment pour le bruit occasionné par certaines personnes après minuit...
Les alentours de l'hôtel permettent de faire de jolies balades , un véhicule est nécessaire pour aller visiter les sites importants de l'île de Minorque jamais trop éloignés de l'hôtel.
La plage est très belle, bien aménagée et propre et le soir, on peut observer un coucher de soleil sublime.
Un hôtel idéal avec une bonne infrastructure pour passer de bons moments.

Hôtel très bas de gamme. Le All inclusif est fictif, il ne concerne que 10% de la nourriture et boissons (tout le reste est payant)
La nourriture est mauvaise, beaucoup de choix mais aucune qualité (que du congelé ou des conserves) aucun produit frais.
L’isolation phonique des chambre est inexistante, vous entendez absolument tout jusqu’au chuchotement de la chambre d’à côté.
Seul l’emplacement en bord de mer est sympa, et la gentillesse du personnel.

Check in experience was very slow and as there are currently two blocks open with two receptions, you have a 50/50 chance of getting the wrong one. Rooms are a little primitive but clean. Make sure to bring your own travel kettle, mug and beach towels as these are not provided but are available for a rental charge of around €2.50 per day.

Evening entertainment wasn't great, a little dated and not really aimed at mid30's friends but more at families.

Food options were good, not a huge amount of variation, but very solid. Always something to eat.

Lots of sun-loungers around and no made scramble for these. Pool's are open between 9.30 and 7.30

Vaiselle pour les buffets et petits déjeuners pas propres. Protocole Covid pas respectézu cours des repas. Literie dure très inconfortable.

we have previously stayed here with our children , but haven't been since 2007 it was great to see familiar faces , and shocked that the bar staff remembered us. Hotel fairly full. had a short break for our wedding anniversary
look forward to visiting again
