Unfortunately, the photos do not reflect reality, and neither do the reviews.
When we arrived, we noticed that the door to our room was difficult to open because it was sticking, making it hard to get inside. The bed linen had a very strong smell of sweat, which was extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the towels were covered with black hairs.

La piscina había muchas sombras y variedad de cócteles y tenían mesas por si queríamos jugar a juegos de mesa que fue divertido lo que no habían muchas actividades para hacer de parte de ellos y por la noche la música me gustó bastante
La comida había poca variedad y había días que nos quedábamos con hambre porque no había cosas que nos gustaran estuve casi todo un día comiendo solo ensalada no había mucha variedad de carne y cuando pusieron pasta la salsa no era muy buena
La ubicación, la habitación muy bien.
La piscina demasiado pequeño. El desayuno estaba bien pero la comida y la cena regular.
Ubicación inmejorable y el personal muy amable.
El aire acondicionado no daba a basta a enfriar un poco la habitación, incluso todo el día puesto a tope y en algún punto del dia y noche hacia calor en la habitación.
El cabecero de la cama tenía una capa importante de polvo.
Come posizione non è male, è abbastanza vicina a molte calette famose, lo staff super gentile e accogliente, alla mensa non si mangia male al contrydi quello che dicono altri commenti.
La mancanza del frigo bar nella camera per avere almeno un po’ di acqua fresca anche se la struttura mette a disposizione un distributore che puoi usare tutta la giornata, e le camere magari sono un po datate ma tenute bene.

Un desastre de hotel. Sucio, las camas eran de hospital, el aire no funcionaba.... Pedí cambio de habitación y tampoco funcionaba. Es decir, pagué un hotel con habitación a 30 grados. La piscina tenía el agua caliente. Mobiliario viejo, parecía que estaba en la década del 90. No vuelvo ni gratis.

El hotel estaba hecho solamente para ingleses. La cena finaliza a las 21 horas. Cuando en España a esa hora ni se empieza. La bañera llena de arena no la lavaron en toda la estancia. Y cae remarcar la los servicios de buffet. Siempre lo mismo, variaban entre nuggets y empanadillas. Y además casi todo incomible.

The hotel is clean, but outdated, and the bathroom plumbing is broken. The food is not fresh, often consisting of recycled leftovers from previous meals. However, the biggest disappointment is the staff. On my birthday, an employee named Andrea blocked our way at the restaurant exit and forbade us from taking out a single slice of cake and two glasses of beer—even though we are on an All-Inclusive plan! The reason was the glassware. She offered a plastic cup for the beer, but no solution for the cake. For us, having the proper, nice tableware was essential to take an aesthetic photo for our content in the room, and we strictly asked to take it there. Instead of finding a compromise on my birthday, she just flatly refused. We can easily buy our own cake and beer elsewhere to shoot beautiful content, but the sheer lack of hospitality is outrageous. Another issue is the guy working at the bar (who walks with a limp): he ignores greetings and always has an unpleasant attitude.
The cheapest room here in July costs 195 euros per night. For this price, we received zero customer focus. Management seriously needs to retrain their team.
Сподобалась кухня, смачна їжа: супи, риба щоденно 2-3 види різної, мясо 3-4 вида (стейки, відбивні, тушене, жарене), морепродукти: криветки жарені, відварні, кальмари, мідії, паєлья з морепродуктів, різноманітний вибір як для 3*. Гарний вибір ягід, фруктів, морозиво.
